What impressed me most was the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. Everyone we met was polite, helpful and approachable, and it was clear that they understood the importance of good customer service. I also appreciated the pleasant atmosphere throughout the park. People were respectful towards each other, and even though guests did not necessarily socialise closely, there was always a friendly and relaxed feeling. The smiles, politeness and helpful attitude of the staff made us feel very welcome and contributed greatly to our positive experience.
