Wonderful stay at Casa Flor daMar

The apartment was so close to the centre and many lovely restaurants. We could walk to the supermarket every morning for fresh rolls for breakfast. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and as always the staff at Elite Rentals were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We hope to be booking again next year We were very happy with all aspects of our booking and stay

We had a pleasant stay in a great central location—the apartment was clean, well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed! A few maintenance issues held it back: the hot water was inconsistent, the back door handle broke and wasn't fixed after we reported it, and the outdoor plants were on their last legs. Nothing trip-ruining, but with a bit more attention this could easily be 4/5 stars.

Dear Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and its amenities. Regarding the hot water, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did not receive any reports of this issue during your stay, and guests residing in the apartment both before and after your visit have reported no such difficulties. Had we been notified at the time, we would have gladly dispatched a technician immediately to resolve the issue for you. As for the door handle, we took prompt action as soon as we were informed. Because the original handle was an older model not readily available in local physical stores, our maintenance team had to order a replacement, which slightly extended the repair time. Lastly, concerning the plants, they can occasionally appear dry due to the intense sun and high temperatures on the terrace.We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is centrally located, just a few steps away from the beach and many restaurants. The place was as described - modern, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace is definitely a plus as you have some privacy to sunbathe during the dayto get a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time in the Algarve we can’t wait to come back!
