Had such a lovely time in Bisko Anna is an excellent host giving us local info and communication was great. The villa was so well equipt with everything you needed from the welcome pack to even washing powder. A car is a must to visit the local area - but the best of all was the large pool my grandchildren loved it.

Perfect place for exploring Split and surroundings

A beautiful house and a pool & terrace to die for! We felt really chilled here (despite the heat) & Anna was a perfect host. Great base for visiting Split and Cetina river activities. And did I already say the pool is amazing!

Immaculate property and friendly owners

What an amazing holiday staying in this beautiful villa. The property far exceeded our expectations, but the wonderful reception we had from Andelka and Anna was just lovely. The villa was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. It had a very homely feel to it and the owners were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Split region. The customer service was what made it extra special. Lovely, lovely people.

Beautiful Well Equipped Villa - Amazing Hospitality

The villa is in a quiet, rural, village location (which was perfect for us) so you do need a car to get around but the roads are very good and it is easy to find your way around. It is about a 20 min drive to Split and we found it to be a perfect base for exploring Dalmatia. The villa itself was lovely, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and garden are great. There is a local supermarket which is well stocked with everyday essentials and delicious fresh bread/baguettes on a daily basis. However, for us, the stand out feature of this villa is Anna and Andelka - we have stayed in many villas abroad and in the UK but their hospitality was on a different level. Responses to our initial enquiries were prompt and helpful and all through the booking process nothing was too much trouble. Their warm and friendly welcome was much appreciated and they were available all through our stay for help and advice. Genuinely amazing people and the world would be a better place if there were more like Anna and Andelka on it! This was our first visit to Croatia but we will definitely be back!

Outstanding villa with everything *****

This lovely villa will not disappoint. It sits in its own large plot filled with trees and herbs, the smell of fresh lavender and rosemary greet you every time you step out. The rooms are exactly as the photos show with the added advantage of a laundry room with limitless linen and towels and a washer and dryer if you don’t feel like bringing an outfit for every occasion. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking any range of meals. Outside the swimming pool has sun all day and is 12 metres long!!! Perfect for swimming lengths or bobbing on an inflatable. The area has so many activities: history, nature, hikes, sailing, canoeing and the clear blue Adriatic Sea. Split itself is 20 minutes away and the road network from the house will take you beyond in no time and no fuss. Finally the host is amazing. Andelka will meet you and give you a tour of all the facilities. She left us a welcome pack of essentials and antipasto and, never intrusive, she was a message away with her suggestions of places to go. Please do not ignore her restaurant suggestions if you want to eat at great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Split et ses environs !

La maison est parfaite et la piscine est juste incroyable (16m de long), le tout dans un jardin immense sans aucun vis à vis ! A l’intérieur tout est vraiment prévu et conçu afin de passer un séjour sans soucis. Juste un point important, seul le séjour / cuisine est climatisé, pas les chambres. L’église qui se situe juste à côté sonne toutes les heures et cela même la nuit. A part cela, cette maison est vraiment au top !! Nous avons séjourné une semaine et tout c’est vraiment bien déroulé !

Fabuleux!

Nous avons été impressionnés par la villa, très propre et bien située, a seulement 25 minutes en voiture de Split. La maison est belle, grande, confortable et très bien équipée, 4 salles de bain pour 8 personnes ! La piscine est très grande et parfaite pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Mais par dessus tout l’accueil de notre hôte Ana était incontestablement ce qui nous a le plus touché. Nous avons été reçus comme des rois avec un apéro de bienvenu, du vin etc. Pendant tout notre séjour Ana a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et même faire des réservations. Elle nous a été d’une très grande aide à chaque fois. Nous avons même reçu des cadeaux le jour du départ! Elle nous a vraiment touchés par sa bonté et sa gentillesse. On recommande vivement cette villa pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter Split et les environs. Merci encore Ana

Wonderful villa in sunny Croatia !

We (2 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equiped, even sometimes better than our own house and of course very clean !! The owners are very friendly and helpful and have made everything possible for a very nice stay. The pool is really nice in a quiet garden. The area is very calm.The house is about 20' from Split and it's convenient to acceed all beaches and sea places. Given the crowded areas on the coast, it's an advantage to stay in the country, which is more relaxing ...We have visited many nice places from there. We had a wonderful stay and could recommand the house to anyone ! Many many thanks to Anna and her mother for her friendship, welcome and trust !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Anna und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Informationen, Tipps zur Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge.Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt und sogar mit einer kleinen Überraschung empfangen – eine wirklich schöne Geste!Die Villa war sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der riesige und wunderschöne Pool – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen!Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Bei kleineren Hunden sollte man allerdings beachten, dass diese teilweise durch die Abstände des Zauns passen könnten.Die Lage ist etwas abseits und angenehm ruhig. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele aber gut zu erreichen.Auch während des Aufenthalts sowie beim Check-out war die Kommunikation jederzeit sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, können die Villa Anna absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegt, also ein Auto ist ein muss. Es ist sehr ruhig bis auf die ab und zu rasenden Motorräder und die Kirchenglocke die einen gerne mal schon früh wecken. Kann es aber nur weiter empfehlen!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience with this property Our expectations were high and we found even better than what we were expecting: + Huge, full-featured and very clean house, outside area and swimming pool + Beautiful barbecue spot, lunch/dinner area near the swimming pool and easy-to-use equipment + Flexible check-in / check-out Special thanks to Ana who was available before and during our stay with no response time, advised us on a daily basis about activities to do in and around Split, and even welcomed us with gifts!

Schönes Haus, nette Gastgeber.

Wir waren den ganzen August 2016 im Haus - 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. es gibt 3 Schlafzimmern oben und eine kleine Apartment mit extra Eingang unten. So, dass es für alle genug Platz war, jedoch die Zimmern und die Duschen (es gibt zwei oben) sind ziemlich klein, dafür hat man ein großes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man nur gebrauchen kann (Mikrowelle, Küchenmaschine, Toaster, Saftpresse, Kaffeemaschine etc.), das Schwimmbad war sehr sauber und groß genug für uns alle. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA - FANTASTIC FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY

This is a lovely villa in a quiet village about 15-20 mins drive from Split. The villa certainly exceeded our expectations. It is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable with good quality modern facilities. In addition, it offers beautiful views of the mountains from the front two bedroom windows. The owners were truly welcoming and went out of their way to help us settle into Croatia and suggest places to visit. The only sounds to be heard in this quiet village are the church bells from across the road. As they chime every half hour we actually found them useful when out by the pool! Other than that you are in complete peace and quiet. Due to its location a car is essential. All in all we would certainly recommend this villa.
