* For the guests that are staying a month and over and did not request weekly cleaning, it is expected that the guests will keep the house reasonably clean themselves. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the circumstance requires it.

* We can arrange cleaning if required for longer stays at a charge of £22 an hour.
