Ocean Creek Tower South 2 BR / 2BA Penthouse

Notre Penthouse Condo est situé dans le complexe Ocean Creek au 15Úme étage dans le coin sud-est de Tower South. Cet emplacement offre une vue imprenable spectaculaire sur le littoral de Grand Strand d'ENE au SO.

L'unité a un bar et un balcon séparé hors de la chambre principale pour manger et prendre un bain de soleil privé. La chambre principale a un lit king size et il y a des jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Il y a une télévision de 42 pouces dans le salon et une télévision de 32 pouces dans la chambre principale, toutes deux avec un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope. La télévision est cùblée avec 70 à 80 chaßnes. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont pleine grandeur. L'unité a été entiÚrement recouverte de moquette en décembre 2015 et de nouveaux meubles de patio.
Il y a un casier de stockage prÚs de la piscine de la tour Sud pour nos clients. Il y a des chaises de plage et de nombreux jouets de plage dans le casier. Il y a une piscine intérieure et extérieure chauffée et un bain à remous dans le bùtiment pour les locataires de Tower South. Ocean Creek est un complexe fermé de 57 acres pour votre sécurité. Barefoot Landing est juste en face de l'autoroute avec 12 restaurants et une abondance de magasins. Le théùtre de l'Alabama et la House of Blues sont également situés à Barefoot Landing avec quatre parcours de golf de championnat.

Perfect Location and Gorgeous Views

Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) stayed here for a week. We stayed at Ocean Creek Resort previously, but in the North Tower. We loved the South Tower Pool and the ease of getting to the Beach as well as access to the Beach Club Pool. Robert was great, he called us once we arrived to make sure everything was in working order and to see if we needed anything. Plenty of bedding and towels, and having the washer & dryer let us pack light. We appreciated the extra touches like having hand soap, dishsoap and toilet paper and tissues to start us off. The ice maker under the wet bar makes tons of ice quickly, which was great for our cooler.The rooftop deck off the Primary Bedroom was a favorite for our kids and we were able to see the Monday night (as well as 4th of July) fireworks at Barefoot Landing from the rooftop patio. Parking was easy and there are trolleys and shopping carts to bring your items upstairs. Despite being the week of the 4th of July, the resort did not feel overcrowded and we always found a parking spot.Twin beds in the second bedroom made it easy for us and while the sofa pulled out to a bed, we chose to bring a twin air mattress and had no problem fitting it into the 2nd bedroom. We had breakfast and lunch at the condo and dinner out, but there is PLENTY of cookware, silverware and dishes if you needed them. The TV in the living room and second bedrooms were both Smart TV's, an added benefit!We would stay here again!!!

RELAXING LONG WEEKEND

This condo is on the older side, but well kept. It has it's own rooftop patio and 2 beach view balconies so views galore which I loved. We were able to check in earl which was nice. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. No list of things we had to do before check out. Very nice owners. Elevators easy to get, so 15th floor was not an issue. Beachfront.

Best Views in all of Ocean Creek

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. I would be willing to say that it has some of the best views in all of Ocean Creek. The unit was spacious, clean, and welcoming. It had everything that we could possibly need for our week's stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Can I even find the words???

This is a gorgeous property. I was a little hesitant about being on the top floor, but it was fantabulous! The elevators move pretty quick, parking is easy, and the views are simply amazing!

Great Get Away

We had a wonderful time in this penthouse unit. The high ceilings add to the spacious feel....And the views are amazing. The roof top deck was our favorite. It was the perfect place to have a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. The condo is clean and well equipment. The decor is a bit dated but that led to a homey feel you don't always get in those gray and white cookie cutter units. The beds were comfortable. We truly has a relaxing stay. Thank you Bob.

Little Piece of Paradise

Beachfront Dream

We LOVED this place! What drew us in was the amazing view and inlet water way that fills up with high tide. Bob was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We already can't wait to stay next year!

Wonderful condo with great views of the water & beach

We stayed here the last week of June. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. The views of the beach and water were amazing. There are tall, easy to use curtains on all of the windows which blocked out most of the sun especially in the morning when people wanted to sleep in. The owner, Bob, was very helpful in quickly fixing an issue with the sliding door. There is a side patio that is unique to this unit. Although too hot to use mid-day, it was perfect for the evenings and to watch the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on monday nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view!

The condo was great! All the amenities of home. The view from the living room balcony was amazing! The private rooftop was a great place to see fireworks from Barefoot Landing. Bob was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Amazing Ocean View Grand Strand Awesome Great Condo

The balcony and private roof top were spectacular and large. Beds comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. very comfortable and plenty of space for me and my teenage girls. Elevators very quick for going up to the 15th floor. Lots of people fishing and looking for sea shells during the night time. Fun to watch. Did a little night time sea shell seeking ourselves.

Second time in this unit

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. We have never come back to a unit a second time. We love this place. The location is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. The owners are lovely and make everything as easy as can be!

Ocean Creek Ocean Front Condo

The property was great and we would return to it again. Terrific view of ocean and of the area from the patio. It was clean, well-stocked with appliances and cooking materials, bed linen and blankets (although not needed), working washer and dryer, the beds and living room furniture were comfortable. My wife, and in-laws remarked more than once much they enjoyed our stay. Good communication with the host from the time of the initial reservation, leading up to, and at departure.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location to enjoy the beach—either by sitting on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the waves or taking a quick walk to actually be on the beach. We were able to have a great view of the fireworks one evening by sitting on the balcony off the master bedroom. Barefoot Landing and Tanger were both every easy to drive to. All in all this was a great place to stay for our sisters weekend!

Bob Is retired Air force and we live in Myrtle Beach about 1 mile from Ocean Creek. We rent the unit ourselves and also manage all aspects of the unit. We pick and choose our renters and continually upgrade the unit. For 2020 new sofa, new King size bed in MBR, and 42 inch TV in the living room. New in 2017 a 36 inch TV in Master Bed Room. New carpet and patio furniture in December 2022.

We have owned this unit since the building was built in 1984. We live close by and inspect the property weekly to ensure it is clean and every thing is in operating condition.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view is spectacular. The unit is on the 15th floor and the ceilings are nine feet which makes the unit seem larger than similar units in the building. Being on the top floor and at the end of the building the unit is much quieter because you do not have noise from the unit above.
