Welcome to F1, located on the 1st Floor of the North Tower in beautiful Ocean Creek Resort! Ocean Creek is a 57-acre, gated oceanfront resort with 24-hour security.

Life is more beautiful when it's lived oceanfront! Luxury meets convenience in this upgraded first-floor 2BD/2BA condo, with quick access to the upper parking deck, beach and pool -- no elevator ride required! Our condo has been updated with all new LVP flooring throughout, recently painted, and popcorn ceilings removed. The gorgeous kitchen has been updated with new custom cabinets with seed glass fronts, silestone countertops, and tile backsplash. Well-stocked with all dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware needs. Stainless steel appliances and an oversized refrigerator can accommodate any home chef; the large passthrough buffet and adjacent wet bar are perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats 6, with 2 additional seats at the bar. The oceanfront living room is comfortably outfitted with a new, leather electric reclining sofa and loveseat set, as well as a large Smart TV with cable and streaming access. Living room sliding glass doors have manual/electronic shades. The generous balcony, accessed from the living area or guest bedroom, overlooks the ocean, beach club, creek, and North Tower pool. Guests will love enjoying sunrises and sunsets from our wrought iron high top table and chairs; the "F" stack has one of the best views in the North Tower! The spacious primary bedroom (with private balcony!) features a new king bed and newly renovated en suite bathroom with step- in shower, TV, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The guest bedroom, located off of the living area, features a new queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with step-in shower. The guest bedroom also has access to the main balcony. Balconies on the first floor are outfitted with solid panels (as opposed to open railings) which is perfect for families with young children. Come enjoy peace and serenity in our sophisticated space!

**Note: 1st floor unit is technically the 2nd floor as the North Tower has a ground floor lobby**

We stayed at the resort many years when our children were younger and our return here was relaxing. The upkeep of the resort is wonderful. We will stay again.

Lovely and quiet condo in North Towers

Very nice condo in the North Towers. Really liked that both bedrooms were up by the balcony and not by the entrance door. We usually stay in the South Towers, so this Tower was new to us, but we both remarked that it was very, very nice. Has everything you need for your stay. Love Ocean Creak and Paradise Found. We will be back !!!!!

Best Rental Ever!!!

Definitely the best vacation rental we have ever had! The reclining couch sealed the deal for us. Finally a rental that has a decent place to sit. It was so comfy!!! The condo is a beautiful upscale condo with everything you need and more. We were very happy with this selection and will definitely try to come back again. It was located on the first floor which allowed you to park out front and walk straight in the lobby right to the condo. The view was beautiful of the pool and and ocean. It was an excellent stay with no complaints at all!!! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Creek F1. The condo was newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. The beds and the living room furniture were very comfortable. This unit is literally right off of the lobby, yet very quiet, with a great view of the ocean. It was nice to not worry about using the elevator. Everything was close, convenient, and easily accessible. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio looking at the ocean. I highly recommend staying here and I am very picky! We will be back.
