Le maître et les chambres d'hôtes ont des lits queen size et ils sont situés au 1er étage avec 1 salle de bain. Le salon, salle à manger, cuisine et 1 salle de bain sont situés au 2ème étage, il y a aussi un lit gigogne (qui peut accueillir 2) La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le balcon, qui a 4 chaises, a une belle vue sur Pagosa Peak.
La table à manger peut accueillir 6 confortablement. Situé à une courte distance de la randonnée, ski, centre-ville Pagosa et Hot Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, comfortable and accommodating. Great for families and couples. The living area upstairs provides nice views out of the windows. Our host was accessible and easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying. It’s a great value

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The views were beautiful.

Clean property with plenty of space and nice features (well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, laundry facilities, BBQ). The property is quite remote (nearest fresh groceries are 30 minute drive), but is centrally located to visit Taos, Santa Fe, and Los Alamos.

You must have my property confused with somewhere else you stayed. I can walk to the City Market grocery store or the farmer's market there on Saturday and the other fruit vegetable stand that is there everyday but Saturday across from The Buck Stope Here. All 3 of these less than a mile from my house.

My family and I stayed for a week long get away and we just loved this place! The owner was very responsive and the view of the mountains were just breathtaking! We will definitely stay again in the future

Stay in Pagosa Springs

We spent the days hiking trails. We ate at the restaurants recommended by Vicki...which were excellent. Used the condo at night to rest and play table games. All in all it was an enjoyable visit.

Perfect location

Staying here was perfect for our needs. Vicki was very responsive to our questions. It was a little warm, but we just happened to be there on the hottest days. The views of the mountains in the background and the wildlife all made the stay wonderful.

Perfect spot

The condo was easy to find, check in was easy, and communication was fast with owner. The condo was cozy and perfect for our family of 3. Yes, it is a little outdated but the price was good and it had everything that we needed. We also spent most of our time outdoors but it was a comfortable spot to come back and get a good night’s sleep.

Fantastic stay for our family of 5

We stayed at this condo during a few days of skiing at Wolf Creek. It was fabulous! Our teenage boys had plenty of room to spread out. The location is close to a grocery store, and we saw hot air balloons out of the balcony windows each morning. We'd love to come back here in the summer and enjoy the warm weather Pagosa Springs activities!

Great Little Condo

What a find! This place was a steal for our family of 4. Great location, beautiful sunrise from balcony, and more than adequate space for a week of skiing. Host was accommodating as we had to adjust dates. A bit of an unusual layout with kitchen and living space upstairs, but it was not a problem for our group. We will be back!

Fantastic views

This rental was everything our family of six needed! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space to spread out, or hangout together! The view from the balcony was spectacular! The water pressure was fantastic in the shower, and the heat kept up with the snowstorm! The only side note would probably be that a snow shovel would have been nice to have! This rental and host were absolutely everything we expected! Thank you so much!

Cozy Place

The property is nice. I mirror some of the other reviews- it is a little bit outdated. But it’s nicely decorated and overall very comfortable. It doesn’t have central heating per se, so it’s a little hard to regulate the temperature at night. My only suggestions to the host would be to change out the pillows because they smell bad and maybe update the stove. It’s electric, the burners are crooked, and makes it hard to even cook eggs.

Great place to stay.

Property location is off of the main part of town in quite neighborhood. Saw lots of deer daily off of balcony that were fun to watch. Best supplied kitchen of any rental property I have stayed at. I didn't cook but if I would have wanted to it had everything and then some for your to use. Property was clean and comfortable. Host was always quick and responsive and very helpful to answer all my questions. I recommend this property to anyone.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed a comfortable stay at this property. Excellent communication with owner/manager. Physical setup is a little odd - bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/dining room/family room is upstairs but we made it work just fine. All the amenities provided made it a comfortable stay for us.

This property is in definite need of updating. Thankfully I didn't pay much for the nightly rate. Still too much money for what we got in return.
