Great location and property, clean and tidy and easy process. Only thing we would suggest is to have split systems in each bedroom as it got quite hot and the ceiling fans weren’t quite enough. Would stay again and recommend!

Rubbish was not removed from the previous occupant. The backyard was badly overgrown. We kept being accused of smoking in the backyard by neighbours. Overall it was a VERY unpleasant stay.

The stay would have been ok, to be fair, except that the previous tenant had not had the rubbish removed and the backyard was badly overgrown. Again, this would not have been a HUGE drama except we were being falsely accused of smoking in the backyard by nosy neighbours. Basically ruined our time there. Can not recommend.

Overall Nice, But a Few Issues

Overall a good stay! Bins were already full and had maggots coming out of them so that was unpleasant and made cleaning up an extra task. Location is very far out but expected when you look at the map of surroundings! Thanks for having us, it was clean inside and smelled lovely!

Wheelie bins for townhouse was full. Overflowing.Floors were dirty on arrival needed a sweep. Looks like it had been used as party house before. With 6 people onsite for 4 days we had to take rubbish away ourselves. Marks on downstairs toilet wall near toilet paper holder looked like something i wouldn't want to touch. Also looked like someone had tripped on stairs and spilt drink on walls. Outside table layer of dust also. Location was perfect for what we were in Brisbane for. Great kitchen set up with pots, pans etc for self catering. Beds were comfortable.Listed as a house not a townhouse. Transparency as a townhouse would be good. Great location. But cleaning in between rentals needs attention.

We had a pleasant stay once we worked out a few kinks. The first was trying to figure out how to get in. I knew I had gotten a message with instructions but when I typed in VRBO to search for it in my email, I came up blank. Problem was messages were coming from three different sources, VRBO, Bellvilla and madecomfy but I did not realize this. Major confusion. And when I wrote asking for instructions it seems there was no one home- no responses to three emails, ever. 😒 The unit was pretty clean except for some of the dishes. We had to wash any we wanted to use. And we were freaked out by a (thankfully) dead cockroach. There was a good assortment of pots, pans and dishes etc. sitting in the private back garden for breakfast was a treat. And a very minor annoyance was the igniter for the stove top did not work, dead battery but there was a hand igniter in the cutlery drawer that worked ok.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Comfortable 3-Bed Retreat et c'était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin, La climatisation gardait l'endroit frais, et j'ai adoré avoir une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer mes repas, Le lave-vaisselle était un véritable sauveur ! De plus, le jardin offrait un bel endroit pour se détendre avec une tasse de café le matin, C'est définitivement un excellent choix pour les familles,
