- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

- There is one flight of stairs to access the property, not suitable for mobility issues

- Facing the building, the access is on the left side of the building. There is an outdoor gate that gives access to the building. After entering the gate, take the first exit on the right. The front door is there. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

Bulimba is a peaceful Brisbane suburb situated along the southern banks of the Brisbane River. A charming and breezy suburb though its peaceful atmosphere Bulimba has a lot going for it. From numerous chic cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and bars all mainly situated along Oxford St, Bulimba is a modest regional hub. Peppered with numerous parks, reserves, and a riverside walk experience the understated though vibrant Bulimba.

The property is an 3-minute walk away from bus stops on Oxford St operating routes to Balmoral, Fortitude Valley, Morningside, City (Edward St) and City (King George Square). Meanwhile a Ferry Terminal at the end of Oxford St operates trips to Teneriffe.

This unit was looking a bit worse for wear. Queen bed was broken so it sloped to one side. 2 nights bad sleep. We had to send an email as we checked in with all the problems like ripped curtains and broken chairs so we wouldn't be charged. Rug had broken glass in it.Plus is location is fantastic and allows you easy access to Oxford St. Inside cleaning was fine. There just needs to be love in it by replacing things that are broken or not working late ie bedside lamps.cleaning carpets, cleaning lounge. Especially fixing bed!

Everything was great except the apartment block is right next to a car park and there was a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep each evening as the master bedroom faces the carpark.

Lovely accomodation with everything as far as kitchen ammenities, hmm not that we used them. Only one key for entrance was a problem. We booked as three female friends and only one bed was a queen every other room was set up as two single beds. We thought this was a bit queer as the booking was for three separate people. Somewhat disappointing

Nice property, not well maintained. Lights out at front door (community management issue?). Location was v good for my purposes of visiting family. Also close to Woolies, restaurants, boutiques and river cat. View over parking lot perhaps not most desirable, but wasn’t too noisy. Shortcomings: no coffee table or end tables or lamps in living area - so no place to put down a drink, except the glass dining table (but couldn’t clean till I went to Woolies and bought glass cleaner!) Small beaten up fridge, with not even a crisper where it belonged in the bottom. Very out of place with all the other high end appliances. Every cupboard seemed to have “stuff” in it. I counted 19 bed pillows in the 3 bedrooms! I was travelling for 2 months, so I had clothes for several climates, etc. but could not hang pants or full length garments because of pillows, vacuum cleaner, lamps, decorative pillows, etc. in the closet. But worst of all was some disgusting mess under the elevated M/bathroom vanity. The carpet in the M/bedroom was damp for the first week and strongly pet smelling. Just Comfy, the management company was very difficult to reach, almost non responsive, and took over a week to have the cleaners come back to what I would consider “finishing their job”. I’d say a new cleaning company is needed for this rental. I’d also say the unit needs a bit of TLC and maintenance. Guest bath exhaust fan doesn’t work, and towel rails need repair. As well, if you want people to respect your property I think some basic things like glass cleaner should be left. While the Unit ticked lots of the boxes for me, it needs to be better managed. A small book with basic instructions for TV (which needs a correct wall connector), dishwasher (which we had to get down into the bottom of the sink cabinet and switch 2 power plugs on & off to get it to work), oven, etc. I could go on. A nice unit, poorly managed.

Beautiful Unit in perfect location

We loved this unit, located so close to Oxford street with many cafe and shopping options. Just a short walk to the River ferry service. Pertect place for a mini holiday. The unit was very well equipped with quality cooking utensils and lovely linnen. Secure parking and ground floor was an added bonus.
