Itâs one of a small collection of properties within the grounds of the ownerâs abode and less than 2 miles from the centre of Louth, a picturesque market town located at the meeting point of the Lincolnshire Wolds and Marsh. Magnificent Georgian and Victorian architecture and an abundance of independent retailers make Louth a haven for foodies and shoppers, while on the edge of town, Hubbardâs Hills is a beautiful green space popular for walks, picnics and wildlife watching. Closer to your doorstep, enjoy towpath walks along the Louth Canal â stroll 2 miles east and Alvingham is famous for having two churches in one churchyard. Known for its sandy beaches and diverse natural landscapes, the Lincolnshire coastline is within striking distance too. Just 11.5 miles away, the resident seal colony makes Donna Nook Nature Reserve a must-see, while Mablethorpe (14.5 miles) offers a traditional seaside vibe with its charming promenade and golden sands.
