Cozy get away

Such a beautiful property and cabin. Feels like you are in the middle of no where minutes from town. Great views. The cabin was very clean and stocked with the things you need. Whether it’s sitting by a fire, watching a movie, or playing cards there is room to do all. It was a very short trip into town to eat lunch and shoot some pool. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Peaceful and Beautiful

My husband and I had such a wonderful relaxing visit. The property is spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. We had everything we needed. The patio with an incredible view was our favorite spot. The town of Durand was charming, too. We will be back again.

Good Rental

Our group had a great time at the property. Lots of room for yard games and the house is packed with everything you need. The host was great to deal with and very easy going. The only thing that caught us off guard was the host's house on the same property. I was concerned at first because I thought we were in the middle of nowhere but as noted earlier the host was great to deal with and there were no issues.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Jackie was friendly and very acccomodating to me and my family. An exceptionally clean and cozy place to spend Thanksgiving weekend deer hunting with family. The Wisconsin theme decor with exceptional views of the bluff's makes this one very special.

Not as planned, but what we needed

Origonally this was booked for a bunch of people to get together and play Table Top RPGs like D&D and Pathfinder. The space met expectations and is wonderfully setup for an event of this type. Sadly, due to events beyond our control the group was reduced to my wife, a nephew, and me, so we ended up playing board games all weekend. Honestly to much space for just the three of us, but we still had a lovely time and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise or watch the sun slowly burn off the morning fog. Lovely. The kitchen is well appointed, with basic tools and equipment, and the pizza oven ended up being a happy bonus. Be aware it is a gas stove. (personally on my wish list for when we redo our kitchen so I had a blast using it.)

Amazing weekend getaway!

The property was amazing, the views out the back windows are stunning! I met a small group of friends here for the weekend, and we all had a great time. We all agreed we would want to come back and stay here again someday.
