A 2-bedroom flat, situated in the heart of the city, 700 metres from the beach. Perfect for couples, families or business travellers, this flat combines traditional design with modern comforts to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The flat is on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have a lift. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues. Pets are not allowed.
On arrival at the accommodation, I kindly ask for a cash deposit of 100 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00, and check-out must be by 12:00. If you require different times, this is possible subject to the following surcharges:
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00: 50-euro surcharge
Arrival after 00:00: €100 surcharge

Accommodation description:
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, featuring a breakfast bar, and a spacious, light-filled living room with large windows. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city.
The accommodation also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in every room and a washing machine, as well as public parking if you’re travelling by car. Excellent public transport links make it easy to get to any part of the city.

For long stays (28 nights or more), the rental price includes daily electricity consumption of up to 12 kWh. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at €0.35 per kWh and must be paid in cash at the end of your stay. With normal use of the air conditioning, consumption should not exceed this limit.

For stays of 10 days or less, the accommodation will be classified as a holiday let – Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of 2 August and Law 15/2018 of 7 June of the GVA Council), and a holiday let rental contract must be signed.
For stays of more than 10 days, this will be considered a seasonal let – Seasonal Contract (in accordance with Act 29/1994 of 24 November, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024 of 23 December), and a seasonal tenancy agreement must be signed.
