Great location

This spacious ground floor apartment was shy of natural light but very comfortable. The location is great, easy walking distance to the waterfront and right at the base of the mountain the castle is on. The neighborhood is very lively, which is fun but can be a bit noisy especially on weekends. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great Location

the location of the apartment is perfect and has everything you need. its a shame that the windows in the bedrooms are linked to light tunnels so there is very little natural light. none the less a very enjoyable stay and the owner let us store our bags while we were waiting for the flight.

Fantastic location

The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication.

Except location walking distance to every where the only thing was there was no windows in the apartment we felt like we were in a cave also it is noisy with a club nearby but apart from that I couldn’t fault it

Great location, needs work

We loved being in the centre of old Alicante, and though the apartment has a ton of potential, it needs some fixing up. The main bathroom smelled of sewer gases 90% of the time and the electrical would go off if 2 heaters ran at one time. Also, one of the upstairs neighbours played loud, bassy music until 3 or 4 am every single night we were there.

Great location, good for a group

The property is in a wonderful location, just behind the Cathedral. Easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Moises is excellent with communications and very responsive. Having 2 bathrooms is very useful, particularly as it was a group of friends staying. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious enough to not feel on top of each other all the time. Do be aware that it can get very noisy, owing to bars etc in the same area. One night it seemed as if someone was flamenco dancing right above us! Pack earplugs. A couple of little maintenance issues are needed - such as replacing the iron (cord was too frayed for me to consider safe to use) and the hook/cradle for the shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced, as had to hold shower head at all times which is awkward when trying to wash. Aside from those minor issues, we had a lovely time there and do recommend.

Apartamento situado fenomenalmente, pero mal distriudo y mal iluminado. Es un bajo interior de un edificio viejo. Reformado. Sin luz natural.

Agradezco tu comentario. Al tratarse de un bajo interior, es normal que la luz y la distribución sean un poco diferentes. Sin embargo, su ubicación privilegiada lo compensa con creces, ofreciendo un acceso inigualable a todo lo que la zona tiene para ofrecer

Excellent location

Within 5 min walk of beach, and castle entrance. Lots of bars and restaurants around. No air conditioning. Apartment is supplied with large fans. Very clean.

lol you give me a bad review because you know i would, it's outrageous. Guests who come on vacation to get high to get out of the house throw a mess of beer bottles, marijuana and get high. one of the vomit beds a mess I do not recommend them without shame

Loud and dark

Moises did a great job checking me in, but our nights in the apartment were not great. Two nights had people ringing the bell or pounding on the door for nearly an hour, one night I came in the foyer to find a guy passed out on the floor, and another night someone in the building had a really loud party until the early morning. And a ton of bulbs were out so the apartment was quite dark. We left a day early.

Moises war sehr hilfsbereit und alles hat perfekt geklappt. Das Apartment ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Leider nur wenig Tageslicht und nachts manchmal sehr laut. Tagsüber auch manchmal Dtörgeräusche wegen Bauarbeiten. Aber die Lage ist super. Ganz nah zum Strand und mitten in der Altstadt.
