Location was good. Was fairly clean and comfortable. The couch was very stained but was fairly comfortable as a pull out bed. The bathroom door is a bifold door that does not close properly and leaves a visible seam in the middle so people are able to see into the bathroom while you are in there. The ad mentioned a washer and iron and ironing board and was one of the main reasons why we booked this location and how we packed (packed less clothing and in vacuum sealed bags that needed to be ironed when taken out). There is no washer or iron on site. You need to bring your laundry down the street to wash at the laundromat. It was closed or busy the times we did try. Communication was decent with owner. I was told I would be met by the owner and shown some local attractions, etc when we arrived. She did not meet us but did arrange a lift from the train station for our group of 4. This is the lady who checked us in. She did not speak any english so it was difficult to ask her questions about the local area. We used Google Translate to communicate with her, which we had to do, as expected, for a lot of our time in Italy. Owner was quick to reply with a few questions. 2 questions went unanswered. Overall, it was a nice apartment that just needs a few little changes, the bathroom door being the biggest one for us.
