This stylish apartment is located just a short walk from the Market Hall and T. G. Masaryk Street, offering an excellent base for exploring Karlovy Vary. The interior is furnished with original, well-maintained pieces that recreate the atmosphere of 19th-century living, reflecting the history of this beautiful spa town. Stay here and experience Karlovy Vary from a place with timeless character, comfort, and authentic charm.
The building at K. Äapka 1270/11 is a classic residential townhouse located in the central part of Karlovy Vary 1, within comfortable walking distance of the Market Hall, spa colonnades, and T. G. Masaryk Street. This well-maintained historic building reflects the traditional architecture of the spa town and forms a natural part of its urban heritage.
The townhouse offers an authentic atmosphere typical of 19th-century Karlovy Vary residential buildings, combining timeless architectural character with a calm residential environment. Thanks to its prime location, the property provides excellent accessibility to the city center, restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks, making it an ideal base for both short and long stays.
Due to the age and historic character of the building, it is unfortunately not equipped with an elevator. Guests will receive the keys at a nearby reception desk, where check-in will be handled smoothly and assistance will be available if needed.
All communication with guests is preferably handled through the Airbnb platform to ensure clear, secure, and timely communication throughout the stay.
- Check-out is strictly at 10.00.
- Cleaning during the stay can be provided at an additional cost.
- Late check-in is subject to availability.
- Daily guest support.

⊠NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
⊠NO LOUD NOISES THAT WOULD DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS
⊠QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 7AM
In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 KÄ per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
