NanĂ is a new vacation home with contemporary lines and an equipped garden, ideal for vacations less than 200 meters from the sea in Marina di Mancaversa, in the area south of Gallipoli.
The house is complete with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and electric oven, vacuum cleaner, electric car charger.
The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower. NanĂ vacation home offers up to 4 beds. Pets are allowed.

NanĂ vacation home is new and modern, equipped with every comfort and with carefully furnished and finished rooms.
A small veranda introduces the interior of the house, whose entrance is in a long corridor along which 2 double bedrooms are arranged.
At
the end is the bright eat-in kitchen from which there is access to the
back garden, equipped with outdoor shower and barbecue, and furnished
with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Completes the house 1 bathroom shower.

Vacation
house NanĂ is located in Marina di Mancaversa, a picturesque seaside
resort that in summer offers all the main services, situated along the
coast of Taviano.
The resort lies a short distance from Gallipoli and the wonderful beaches of Baia Verde and Punta della Suina.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
