Antica Dimora Termery is a lovely early `900 apartment, completely renovated to accommodate guests on vacation in San Vito dei Normanni, in the heart of the town in the province of Brindisi.
The apartment is complete with air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven, etc.
The vacation home offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

The apartment Antica Dimora Termery is developed on the ground floor in the central area, with ample free parking on the street.
The
layout of the rooms reflects the architecture of the early 900`s. The
entrance is a hallway leading to the living room located at the back.
Along the corridor are 2 double bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and heaters, as well as large closets.
The living room is furnished with a dining room and 1 sofa bed.
From here it leads to a spacious eat-in kitchen. Here a large French
window allows you to step out into a furnished outdoor space for
breakfast or summer dinner outside. There is, finally, a laundry room
with washing machine, toilet and sink.
Completing the house is 1 generously sized shower room in early `900s style.

apartment is located in the center of San Vito dei Normanni, a town
where there are all the main services as well as a beautiful historic
center to discover.
The house is an excellent starting point to discover the beauties of the province of Brindisi and the city of Lecce.
The house is open all year round.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- Heating not included, euro 10 per day from November to April.
- The second service bathroom is located outside the accommodation and does not have a door.
