Great place for a guys’ golf trip

Everything was great about this house. Location, beds, plenty of tv’s and especially the hot tub. Great for the back after a long day of golf! Highly recommend.

Family time

We loved our stay at Paradise! The amenities for the older and younger kids was great and it was close to snow canyon and other things that made it quite convenient. We stayed there during Christmas while we prepared for our daughters wedding. It was a great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was a wonderful experience! Communication with management was great. The house itself was clean but the furniture and carpet had alot of stains. We had some issues with the hot tub upon arrival, it was 109 degrees and would not cool off. Eventually, maintenance came and worked on it and we were able to enjoy it the last several days of our trip. One side note was when we grilled the smokes funneled under the balcony and would set off the smoke alarm everytime! Take note that the kitchen does not provide baggies or seran wrap, tinfoil ect..there was also only a few kleenex in the whole house. If you are staying for more than a day or two you will have to go and stock up on quite a bit of random essentialls. Great experience and we would definitely stay again!

This is a favorite location for my family. We had plenty of room in the house. There were many accomodations to entertain the kids. I am sure that we will be back soon.

Mini family reunion

What a great property and experience! The house provided everything we needed and more. Beds were amazing and pool table, hot tub. Water park and pool were within walking distances and it was the best vacation. We will be back!

Amazing stay

We Had a little issue they were out right away to fix it. Beautiful home plenty of room for my large group. We never felt crowded. So much to do we love this vacation stay. We are definitely coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My kids and I really enjoyed this rental. We've stayed in this same complex several times, but this was the first time in Unit 85. It's very clean, and nicely furnished. There were a couple things wearing out, but just normal things that I made management aware of. I would stay in this rental again in the future.

Loved it!

We had a great time with our family of all ages! Great location with a lot of things to do. The property management company sent us a check-in email but didn’t include the access code to the house so I had to call the day of and get it. No other issues besides that. Oh except the fireplaces outside do have small glass pieces so you have to watch toddlers closely if they are near them. There were also some shards of glass on the cement from those glass pieces that my daughter stepped on and got a little cut. Overall, it was a very spacious place and we had a great time. It was very easy to relax here. I’d definitely stay again, but would make sure the deck is free of glass before walking out there.

GREAT AREA, the cleanliness not so great.

We loved the area. But the place we stayed in wasn’t very clean, and they had no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy a lot of our own things, like dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, some all purpose cleaner, and a mop. We were afraid to put the babies on the floor, everyone’s feet were black, until I gave it a good mopping and vacuuming. And the outdoor furniture was all torn apart. Lots of bugs and cobwebs around the patio and patio furniture. And we couldn’t get the fire pits to work. But regardless we still enjoyed our time being together as a family and enjoyed the pools and pickle ball courts.

Love paradise, unit not my favorite

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love staying at paradise village... this unit in particular felt a little run down. The hot tub cover was broken, broken tiles in floor, and the floors were very dirty. We have three almost two year olds who’s feet were filthy after running around in the kitchen family room area. The tv stand was dusty, and the furniture felt pretty worn out. Otherwise, was pleased with the unit and love paradise village.

We did need sheets for the couch beds (we stayed 3 nights)but never got them.. even though we called four times and spoke to humans 3 of those times. Phone service said they wouldn’t talk/tell owners my concerns so I’m making a review of it. I would want to know about the service company handing situations like this if I owned the property. Also- crumbs and such under couches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the area we rented 2 rentals connected together with a large group. This rental #85 was not very clean upon are arrival. Stained rugs, pillows, stained older furniture and all the linens could be replaced. They sent the maids over but they showed up carrying a small amount of cleaning supplies. Vacuum was full cleaning was less then desirable. Pool table sticks were broke and the tile was broke and children couldn’t get hurt. Our other rental was amazing.

PVZ is always fabulous!

This particular property is medium-sized. It fit our 5 adults, 3 teens, and 4 kids very well. Perfect.The house's amenities are great - hot tub, gas grill, pool table. Plenty of seating and nice front and back patios.Paradise Village as a whole has the best pair of swimming pool complexes in southern Utah. Very fun for people of all ages. And there are pickleball courts right next door at the park. And one of life's greatest pleasures is riding an e-bike on the bike paths of St. George in the right weather, and we had the right weather.Minor stuff that I would put in a private message to host if I knew that that were an option on Vrbo:The bike in the garage was broken.The hot tub pump (not jets) was running ALL THE TIME. I don't know if this is required, but it was a bit wasteful, and a bit of a noise distraction.The pool table had six cues. Five had totally broken tips. We bought replacements and fixed two of them.The place needs to be deep cleaned more often. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling in one place, and on the walls near the ceiling in a few other places, and under the toe kicks of bathroom cabinets. The decor items on bathroom counters had a thick layer of dust. We washed some of them.

Cost outweighed the value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was presented well. However after the walkthrough we found several pieces of furniture/ flooring damaged. Each day of our stay produced some item broken or damaged. Maintenance was quick to respond when our bathroom light went out. When we couldn’t figure out the gas firepit in the yard no one came to assist. WIFI was strong. Neighborhood felt safe. The kids loved the splash pad and pool. Xbox worked well, I would encourage you to bring extra batteries for the controllers. Garage door need some maintenance, along woth the dryer. I had the coffee brewing, toaster toasting, and grill for bacon. The breaker flipped and we lost power. I don’t mind staying in imperfect situations but the cost of this townhome was elevated compared to value.
