Great Weekend

Everything was pretty great! The Sheets didn’t seem very clean, there was stains and hair inside. Lights above the island were dirty and needed dusted. Some dishes were put away dirty that we had to wash before we could use! Besides that, the location and everything about the home was perfect. The kids loved the hot tub and the short distance to the pool. Loved the text option to check in early/late and being able to notify with any issues through text! The home was very inviting and we enjoyed the open floor plan! We would stay again!

Wonderful place

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house accommodated our group size perfectly. It was so nice to have a bathroom in each room. The personal hot tub at our unit was great and then having the pool towels for the resort for swimming was a nice accessory. It was a nice bonus to have a workout room! The only thing I would suggest as Arcadia grows is a larger workout facility. It was tight depending on the time we went, we just tried back at other times. The temperature of the water in the lazy river, pools, & hot tubs was perfect. The week we arrived was unusually cool for St George, but the temps in the pool made it still comfortable to be out in the weather despite the cool temperatures, so that was an awesome plus! We loved our stay at Acadia :) Idk if all large groups cook like we do, but there were a few times we wish we'd had a second fridge, but made do just fine with a few coolers. The bed pillows were amazing and we loved the cozy couches that accommodated lots of bodies after a day of play. Thanks for making your place available to us. We'd highly recommend this place to all.

This property checked all of the boxes for our family gathering. It was spacious, well stocked, decorated nicely, and the clubhouse and play areas closeby. We loved it.

5 Star Resort

Absolutely fabulous! Our unit was 5 Star. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, living areas and kitchen. The pool, club house and lazy river pool were just across the street. Downtown St. George is just minutes away and the grocery store is so close to the neighborhood. I will recommend to family and friends and hope to return to Arcadia Resort.

Wonderful family time

We had a group of 19 members of our family stay. The Villa was a perfect size for us and was lovely. And the amenities were great. We absolutely loved the resort. We were at the pool water park every day of our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Arcadia for anyone on vacation in the area

It was good.

Great location, it is a destination resort. I had to book pretty fast because it was for a funeral and it was spring break and hotel space was tight. I was disappointed that I booked for two night thinking the price per night was pretty good, and then at final checkout realizing the “cleaning fee” and “management fee” tacked on at the end were almost again as much as the two nights. Seriously, it almost doubled the price for the stay. I was desperate, so I accepted it, but it was disappointing and felt a bit deceptive.

Beautiful property with EVERYTHING

We had a group of several families with kids and teens and adults of all ages and everyone loved the Arcadia resort. The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed and it was a great place for a large group!
