âą In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
âą Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

The main attraction of the lodge is being able to relax on the decking with a cool drink in a beautiful lakeside location and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and watch the wildlife. It is close to water sports, many activities, local attractions and many great country pubs, restaurants, tearooms and cafes in and around the Cotswold Lakes.
With many safe cycle trails and well marked footpaths guests can head out and explore the abundant lakes, canals, nature reserves and rivers nearby, including the Thames. The lodge is a great base to head out and visit Cirencester and enjoy the whole Cotswolds region.
