La maison de vacances "Shore Beats Work" est la vie côtière à son meilleur! Lorsque vous entrez, vous êtes immédiatement accueilli par un décor haut de gamme, bien pensé, qui se termine par un décor magnifique, des œuvres d'art uniques, des sols en bois d'ingénierie et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine améliore votre vie luxueuse avec une table de cuisson à gaz à cinq brûleurs, un grand réfrigérateur, un garde-manger, un grand lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse de grande capacité et une table à manger de style familial. Les espaces de vie et salle à manger ouverts ont de hauts plafonds de 10 'avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour une sensation lumineuse et spacieuse qui rend la détente et de divertissement facile. Il y a un demi-bain au premier étage.  La suite principale offre un lit king-size, des rideaux occultants, un placard double, une salle de bain privée avec double vasque et grande douche. Les deuxième et troisième chambres offrent une reine et des lits jumeaux sur des lits superposés. Ces chambres partagent une grande salle de bain avec un combo baignoire / douche. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision et lecteur Blu-ray.

"Shore Beats Work" est proche de la piscine de style resort, et est à seulement une courte navette ou à vélo pour les dunes pittoresques et la beauté préservée de Deer Lake State Park et accès à la plage. Navette complémentaire du Memorial Day au Labor Day. Votre maison de vacances est située dans la ville de Prominence, un hotspot de 30A, et offre le meilleur style de vie en station. Les équipements inclus dans Prominence sont une piscine de 5 000 pieds carrés avec cabanas et une zone de grillades communautaires offrant 2 grandes grilles entourant la piscine et un centre de fitness. Wonderful Spring Break in 30A

This year we prioritized having a heated pool and the one at Prominence did not disappoint! We loved the easy access to the bike path and the Big Chill. The condo was very well appointed and we found that we had everything we needed. Great location!

Cozy, Clean & Convenient!

This unit and the location were perfect for our family retreat. The spaces were so refreshing and clean - we felt very comfortable and at home. The area is safe and the Hub was entertaining for our entire family.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect. Close to the pool and Hub but also conveniently located in the middle of all other 30A communities. We will definitely be returning next Spring.

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect for our family vacation with four little ones. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The one drawback is that there is no public beach within a walkable distance. The beach across the street is private, so you need to plan on having a golf cart or driving to the public beach access.

Awesome!!

We had an amazing stay here at Shore Beats Work. The condo was very well appointed and the amenities were excellent. I would suggest adding a golf cart to the rental for an extra fee because of convenience to the closest beach acess. Overall it was really nice and our families really enjoyed our stay.

Family get-away just for fun

it's our third time staying at Prominence on 30A and this stay continued to reach our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beauty of the unit, the location on 30A. Only thing to note is that in the past stays in other units here we've had more availability to thing such as beach towels and certain kitchen amenities - olive oil, salt, pepper... We were, however, completely happy with our stay here. We LOVE 30A!

Exactly what we wanted

Great community - Pool, food hall, etc. Short drive to the beach. Place was just like it looks in the photos. Use of the garage was a very nice benefit. One issue - Was not cleaned by check-in time, and maintenance was tough to get a hold of. But, once we spoke, the cleaners came soon after and really did a great job. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Great location for first family vacation!

This property was perfect and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. This place has anything we needed from a multitude of plates and cups to any book, DVDs, and cable you could need. It was a true “home away from home”. Only negative were the loud creaky doors that seemed to stick and squeak as you opened them. This was tricky when dealing with two under two. Still love the property and would definitely stay here again!

Family time

New Bunk Bed Needed

The place was clean and nicely decorated, but the bunk bed was not safe. The mattress was all the way up to the rail, which does not meet safety code for bunk beds.

Clean and Luxurious

The decor and accommodations were wonderful! Everything was clean. The master has dark drapes for sleeping in the other two rooms had just blinds. Beds were very comfortable. The north pool is across the street behind The Big Chill.. that was a little tricky to find. Only downside that we didn’t realize was the pools were crowded and there was no easy beach access. We drove to Deer Lake State Park to get to the beach. The rental had no bikes so you’d need to spend a lot more to rent a golf cart or bikes or drive to find beach access. If you just want a peaceful getaway with convenient food across the street - this place is perfect!

Much needed vacation

This is our first time to visit this part of Florida and it will not be our last! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and a fully stocked kitchen. Tons of beach toys, 2 wagons, several chairs. They even have a cooler if you didn’t bring your own. Hose in the garage helped so much! We did go to the grocery store and purchased detergent, paper towels, extra toilet paper and trash bags. Beds were firm bit we all slept so good every night. My pre-teens loves the board games. Highly recommend this rental.
