The main entrance leads to spacious, split-level accommodation incorporating a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with steps down to a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and Smart TV. An open wooden staircase from the kitchen leads to a gallery style, mezzanine level which can be used as an office space office or a sleeping area with a single bed. There are 3 further bedrooms (2 x double beds / 1 x single bed ), 2 bathrooms and a room for luggage and laundry.

Gated entrance to private parking (2 cars) and well-maintained, terraces and beautifully planted gardens with sea views - children's play area, built-in barbecue, wooden dining table, outdoor seating.
Private swimming pool (up to 44 m² - depth 1.45 m) with a separate shallow section dedicated for children (depth 0.45 m), large sundeck with comfortable loungers and umbrellas.
The Gazebo with seating is next to the pool and provides breath-taking vistas from where you can admire the sunrise, sunset and the unique views of the moon behind the mountains in the fresh Cretan sky.
