La maison de la sérénité. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain. Trois bordereaux de bateau privé. Lumière de pêche de nuit.



La maison Serenity est située dans le calme Serenity Cove. Il y a une grande terrasse couverte donnant sur l'eau qui recouvre les 3 glissades de bateaux, ce qui permet à plusieurs bateaux de rester dans l'eau. À la fin de la barque est une lumière pour la pêche de nuit. L'établissement propose également une station de nettoyage du poisson privée. L'étage se compose d'une cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon. 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Le rez-de-chaussée offre un homme caverne avec une salle de bains supplémentaire.
Congélateur supplémentaire. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Télévision par satellite. UN BARBECUE. Climatisé.

Great place! You can’t beat the location if you have a boat and are fishing. The harbor store across the street is perfect if you have forgotten something and need to pick it up there. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, the weather put a kink in my fishing plans, but luckily the home was cozy and comfortable. Location could not be beat! Looking at booking again when I pay more attention to weather forecast!

You called it a 2 bathroom but the one bathroom was downstairs in the garage. The AC filter was so dirty that it flooded the floor The rail on the left on the deck is dangerously loose. Mold in the upstairs shower

Nice home with great location

Four of us stayed at the home for a fishing trip and very much enjoyed ourselves. The fishing wasn’t as great bc of weather but the house was nice. It’s not a huge house but did fit 4 of us comfortably. The deck was a plus and nice to sit on and relax at night. Kitchen is fully set up for cooking. The boat dock was ok. There are some slats that are coming loose that are an accident waiting to happen. I couldn’t find a hammer and nails at the house otherwise I’d have fixed the slats. Also the yard needs some maintenance with overgrown plants. But those are the only two things we would say that would be questionable. Communications with the property manager was awesome! They helped us out and made the check-in/out really easy. I would stay again if I were to come back to Port Mansfield.

Looks better on paper

I felt as though the house was in need of a good cleaning and definitely some TLC. The dock is unsafe and in need of repair. The deep freeze down stairs doesn’t work. The garage toilet has electrical tape holding the lid together. The threshold on the double door at the back of the garage is broken and a trip hazard. The A/C will not cool the bedrooms at night. There is a strong smell of mold in the house. There is other peoples trash in the backyard. The exterior of the house visibly looks bad due to the mold growing on the siding.

Family birthday fishing weekend

my son turned 24 and all he wanted was to go fishing in PM for the weekend . After looking at several listing we found this one by Vic’s rentals . Overall a great place to stay . We chose this listing because of the nice boat slip. Not wanting to mess with boat ramp traffic , it worked out great for us. Also, the green light attracts lots of nice speckled trout so night fishing was also a big plus. Only 2 draw backs 1.was the lack of body wash and shampoo 2 this one is definitely not the owners fault . My new 2024 Shallow Sport was parked under the rafters of the boat slip , it got plastered with pigeon poop from about 6 to 8 nasty pigeons that decided to target my center console and electronics . We tried to scare them away the second night but they returned for a second bombing run sometime during the night. Just note that if you book because of the boat slip like we did , you may have to deal with the same mess if the pigeons are still there . Otherwise , the place was fantastic and we look forward to returning some day soon .

Damage on bathroom floor(plywood cover), need yard service out back, most electrical outlets not working, small freezer would run only on extension cord. Nice place in general, just needs some attention

Overall this is really a decent place for a men’s only fishing trip. It has plenty of space for the bedrooms, kitchen, living area but this is really only a 1 bathroom situation when the 2nd one listed is downstairs in the garage. The overgrown grass was a big issue since it held so much mosquitoes. But the most annoying part was the pigeon crap EVERYWHERE on the boat slip and the broken cable for the boat lift. You would come back to your boat filled with crap everywhere. A little bit of maintenance would’ve made me consider coming back but I’ll have to pass for now.
