It is always clean, fully stocked with anything you may have forgot to pack, just be sure and replace what you used as we do. Love the recent changes to the house, back yard is more inviting. We can't wait to come back!

It has always been a great place but in the last couple they have remodeled and added many changes. Living room furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, down to front and back porch. Excellent house and like we do a few times a year, we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, well furnished and has recently received a face lift. They have added streaming abilities, wifi, along with new furniture. Friends and myself have been using this property for at least five-six years. Maybe more. Heads up, boat and motor rinse no longer allowed on the property. Will have to go to a car wash. The house stays nice and cold. This time the mosquitos were thick! I would advise to take some mosquito repellant and a spray for the yard that you can broadcast with a water hose. IF you plan on spending any time outside. We will be back.
