Sawyer amusant et artistiquement rehaussé Get Away. Super endroit!

Maison récemment rénovée qui a été présentée dans des magazines sur le design d'intérieur.
Cette maison unique en son genre est situĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du parc d'État Warren Dunes et se trouve Ă  quelques pas du lac. Vous pouvez vous rendre directement Ă  la plage en voiture ou si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez, les 15 minutes de marche se font dans une belle rue bordĂ©e d’arbres et sont directement adjacentes au parc national.
Cette belle maison dispose d'un tout nouveau grand porche avec une option de repas en plein air et un lit de repos qui pourrait ĂȘtre une option de couchage supplĂ©mentaire.
Il y a 2 chambres à coucher, une avec un lit king size, l'autre une reine. Une piÚce à l'arriÚre de la cuisine a 2 lits de repos qui fait office de salon ou de chambre supplémentaire. Zone de barbecue à l'extérieur avec des siÚges supplémentaires. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez chez vous et avons essayé de fournir tout ce dont nous pensons avoir besoin! C'est un excellent domaine à explorer! Pour la journée, dirigez-vous vers la plage, partez en randonnée à travers de magnifiques sentiers boisés, partez à la dégustation de vins ou visitez les brasseries! Nombreuses exploitations fruitiÚres à cueillette, kayak, vélo. Cette région a tout.

Loved the house. Location was ideal for our day trips to Round Barn, Three Oaks and Stevensville. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the unique art throughout! Also, great screened in porch and outdoor area. WiFi was a bit slow/spotty.

The house is cozy and charming, and the kids loved the eclectic artwork and decorations throughout. I think their favorite part was the owners cats coming up on the kitchen deck to say hi. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and in close proximity to multiple beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Now for something completely different.

This property is filled with eclectic pieces of art. Photos, pictures, statues, mirrors, and a feather-as-art. It's fun to check it all out, and certainly is something to talk about. There is plenty of room to spread out or have casual conversations. The kitchen is easy to work in and pretty well stocked with appliances. Our stay for an anniversary weekend was quiet, enjoyable and relaxing.

Sawyer Gem

We had a lovely weekend in Sawyer thanks to our stay at Here and Now. Check in was an easy process and we were greeted with a fantastic house. It was just what we needed for an Easter Weekend visit with our son and his girlfriend. The location was perfect for exploring the lake front, breweries, and wineries. It was also close to a church for Easter Sunday mass. The house itself was very tastefully decorated and had more than enough room for the four of us. This was our first visit to Michigan and if we are ever in the area again (or if I know someone who is visiting) I will definitely recommend this house.

Thanksgiving stay

We enjoyed our stay in Sawyer while celebrating Thanksgiving with family at a home nearby. The house is warm and inviting, and decorated with much care and thought. We didn't eat meals there but the kitchen is well equipped and everything is clean and orderly. The king bed is very comfortable and we slept very well, its quiet and peaceful. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay in Sawyer

The house is in a great location. Warren Dunes and the beach are right next door and it's super easy to get around the area and visit all the nearby towns and attractions. The property itself is fantastic. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. There is an amazing screened-in front porch that is perfect for sitting and relaxing. The living room area was also great for relaxing or TV-watching. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was modern and had everything you need to make a delicious meal. I used the grill one night to make some steaks and it worked great. Lastly, the hosts Lisa and Brandon were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Many thanks to them for their great customer service. Definitely a 5/5 stay for us. We would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful vacation house

This house is a lot of fun! It is artfully decorated- not a boring corner in this place! We had everything we could possibly need from kitchen utensils to books, games and beach equipment. Location was really wonderful as well, with a short walk/drive to the beach and a neat fish market next door, as well as many antique stores, farms and wineries nearby. There is a grill and a firepit available and we took advantage of both. We would love to return!

Chic home

This home was beautifully and artistically decorated. It was more spacious than expected based on looking at the pictures. This home was perfect for a girls getaway. The host responded quickly and even allowed us to put our recycling in their bin. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook with. We enjoyed playing games on the porch at night. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. We were even able to do a load of laundry in the basement laundry room. My only complaint is that the walk to the beach was rather difficult. It took a solid 30+ minutes. The neighborhood is safe that we walked through, but then we had to walk down a dirt path into the Warren Dunes state park. There is not a sidewalk in the state park, so we had to walk along the side of the road. The stairs in the park were rounded and worn; my family member fell down them. We were exhausted by the time we got to the beach. I would highly suggest driving to the beach, but it’ll cost you a state park fee ($11?) every time you enter.

Perfectly appointed beach cottage near warren dunes state park

This property is easy on the eyes as its decor and touches are well thought out and in balance. The rustic charm of the property was a nice touch without being run down. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the back room with twin beds and a tv for a rainy afternoon. Internet could be a laggy on tv but expected when your in a remote area. The attention to nicer products such as soaps, shampoos/conditioner and body wash were much appreciated. Nice toilet paper too, which is always nice. The towels and sheets were all great quality and furniture was comfortable. We could have used a few more kids bowls and spoons but probably because we ate cereal every morning before the beach. The grill was ok and outside space was good, fire pit area, outside dining area, You have access to front yard which is where the screened porch is (this is a shared yard property). The real gem is the screened in front porch. The property had many unique sculptures and fountains that made it really pleasant. Parking is in the circle drive under a tree or on the street. The street is not busy at all and right off red arrow hwy(some traffic noise but not terrible) a meat local market is steps away and had the best desserts as well. The fruit stand was around the corner and also walkable. An amazing array of seasonal fruits and jams sweet corn. The beach is about 15 min walk but after testing it out we choose to drive and pay the $11 entrance fee per day. Thx for the great stay and opening up your home!

Great cottage

Very cute, quaint, and well-maintained home-away-from-home. A great size for the six of us (one night) and then for my husband and myself the last two nights. Unfortunately, we probably got the worst weather of the season so were unable to use the beautiful screened-in porch. Very close proximity to Warren Dunes which was also great. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Terrific retreat

Quiet, clean, and close to Lake Michigan attractions but the interesting pieces of art within the house are wonderful. Then wander to the yard to see more thoughtful sculptures. Spacious and comfortable.

What a beautiful cottage! The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It's spotless and beautiful. Lake Michigan is about 3 miles away. Many local wineries to visit. The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Votes are in and we will be back. We'd also like Lisa to come and decorate our homes. 🙂

We made the permanent move to Sawyer Mi 21 years ago from Chicago and have never regretted it. It is a nature haven. We love hiking and beaching and this area is perfect for that. As lovers of art and design we've been so happy in this area as theres a great art community in near by Three Oaks Mi. We own a couple local antiques stores/ galleries and feel so blessed to love what we do and were able to raise our children in such a great area.

My family had come to this area since the 1920s. It has always been the place we vacationed for summers our entire lives. We just love the beaches and tranquility. We grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and then lived in Chicago for years after we got married. We were visiting my parents up here and came across this house and fell in love. We bought it, left Chicago, and have never regretted it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We just fell in love with this property. The house had great bones and a lot of character. We loved that it was so study with its plaster walls and the unique archways that lead into each room. We just added a huge screened in porch that is so amazing and gets the most beautiful afternoon sun! A wonderful place to sit and quietly read or take a nap on the daybed. Its so close to Warren Dunes State Park which is amazing whether we want to walk down the for a swim or go hiking through the miles of cleared paths. We love to cook and entertain and just renovated the kitchen and love to eat outside on the screened in porch. We hope you fall in love with it just like we did!
