Spotlessly clean, bright and new, ideally situated. If I come to Cheltenham again I will stay here Breakfast wasn't included The street outside was noisy until about 1am. Actually I didn't mind it at all, but some guests might.

It was very good : Clean, close to city, parking nearby to park, modern good wife. The sink was not working during my stay in the bathroom it was blocked. I was lucky with they keys to find someone to help me but it would have been troublesome otherwise as the code was not working and it would take me some time to figure it out.

Modern apartment, fast response rate, complicated check in : I like how modern the apartment was. It was located in the center, close to restaurants and bars. Quick response rate from the host. How complicated collecting the key is. You have to create an account on one site, then download an app, you need to confirm your account and then you get the digital key. Its probably not friendly for people that are not good with phones. Also, if you are coming during weekends and want peace, then this apartment is not for you. The streets get loud up until 2.30 AM.
