Perfect location and accommodation. Leola, our contact at the property, was incredible! We stayed here with our 3 children in April and are already planning a trip back here for next year.

Condo was comfortable for our family of four, with everything we needed for the stay. The location is unbeatable, central to the best beach and restaurants; I do however recommend a car to get around. The only minor criticism is that the condo balcony looks out on the road; and there is construction going on across the street.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean and exactly as described. It was perfect for our family vacation. Convenient location with easy access to the beach, grocery store, ice cream shop, and several restaurants. In addition to the beach, the kids enjoyed the resort pool and playing pickleball in the evenings. The condo had some beach toys and floats in the closet that came in handy for us. They also had chairs and umbrellas that could be used if visiting other beaches on the island (you don't need them for the resort beach). Leola was very helpful during our stay!

Gorgeous apartment in prime location by the beach, magical family moments with lots of activities (sailing, scuba, pickleball, boar charters) nearby, and tons of foodie destinations. Warm and welcoming host, clean and sparkling apartment.

Great stay

Great location, beautiful beach and not crowded. Apartment has plenty of space and walkable to grocery store, car rental, restaurants. Leola had great recommendations and made everything super easy.

Beautiful

Access to great beach was the highlight. A car is very much needed unless you're not seeing the rest of the island. Overall a great location. Close to food and entertainment.

First time to Turks and Caicos so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Property is exactly as listed and very convenient to everything in Grace Bay.

Ocean Club West Plaza

307 was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We found the property to be safe and walked about in the evenings for dinner. And all the people we met were so helpful and friendly. I hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful Beach

Our stay was great. It’s a beautiful area and we could walk everywhere. That was a big plus being that we have 2 children. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in Grace Bay. The resort itself was on the quieter side which what we prefer. Randy was very helpful before and during our stay!

Family vacation

We spent 8 days at the condo. Leola was an amazing communicator. She was always available for any questions we had. The condo is spacious, bright, and everything we were looking for.

This property is located in a great resort with an easy walk to the beach and resort restaurant. Parking is right in front and it is located in a great spot on Grace Bay near shopping, markets, restaurants, medical services, and the beach. Full kitchen which is great for a family (we have two kids 10 & 11). They have beach supplies and tennis gear if you choose to play at the resort. Overall, a great stay and would book again!

Spacious, clean and well stocked condo near Grace Bay beach and the heart of night life/shopping.

We had the best family trip with our 2 teenagers staying in this spacious penthouse. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well as everything we needed for hanging on the beach. As short term rental owners ourselves we were very pleased with how well Randy did as a property manager. He had the place ready to go with a full tour of the space, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed out time here in Turks. This condo had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. It is located by everything and you can walk to. Shenequa was our condo ambassador and she helped us like no other. She told us the must do's and told us about the whole island. She helped make our trip great, and checked in on us from time to time. If you are looking for a great condo this one is awesome.

Plaza Sweet

Our stay at the Plaza Ocean Club West eas amazing! The condo was spotless upon arrival. .beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was perfect! The pool and beach were both a five minute walk away. No car was needed...we could walk to shops, restaurants, even the grocery store was nearby. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the sister resort Ocean Club East. Beautiful sunsets there and a great restaurant called Cabana. A wonderful experience from start to finish! We highly recommend!

Nice condo in a great location

The condo was beachy, spacious and very clean. Randy was great to deal with and was available to answer all our questions. The use of the Ocean Club amenities was really nice. The location was walking distance to downtown. The only thing I was disappointed with was the view from the condo is facing the street but I probably missed that when booking. Otherwise nice place to stay!!

Great Stay

2nd time staying at the Plaza at Ocean Club West. First time renting one of Charlene's Units. No complaints. Great roomy condo, quiet, relaxing. I have only 2 suggestions. These are suggestions, not complaints. Upgrade the TV to a larger TV in the main area and room darkening shades or blinds in the bedroom.

It’s time in the Caicos

Had s great time at this condo. Shenequa our host was fantastic! Great job checking us in and orienting us with some good recommendations. Did the trip to North and Middle Caicos, awesome time. Did a 1/2 day boat trip with Capt Bill in Outback Adventures, smirking, beach, caves. Awesome day! Best meals were at Solara at OCW and Hemingway’s. Shenequa hooked us up with s good taxi driver. Beach set up with OCW worked very well. Would recommend this unit. Quite walkable to shopping and dining.

Great Location/Beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! While not right on beach or pool it was a short walk to a nice pool and AMAZING beach. We really enjoyed the Fitness Center, Poolside Restaurant and Beach Bar! Other restaurants, a gourmet grocery store, bakery and party store are a short walk away as well. The property also had "while you wait" Covid tests, great for travel back to our homeland. Few negatives with the property. I believe property was listed as Partial oven view but I could not easily see the water. No biggie but just FYI. Also some blinds or drapes to block street lights and sun in the bedroom would be a plus. It was great that property had beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items! A few more cooking/baking items (like a cookie sheet) would be nice. Overall, we had a GREAT time, enjoyed the property and would love to return.
