The house is great. Spacious, great rooms. The pools in the community are great, and the house has some fun pool toys. Has grocery store and restaurants close by. We loved it.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This is a lovely vacation rental in St. George! Updated home, clean and well stocked with exactly what you might need. Fantastic place for a family getaway!

We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 12 -- we had a wonderful time staying here. The location is wonderful and made it easy for us to get to Zion National Park twice during our visit. Plan for about a 3 minute walk to the rock waterfall pool and about an 8 minute walk to the water equipment pool with the lazy river. That pool has a concession stand!When you buy groceries, I highly recommend driving into St. George and scoping out a grocery store there or just popping into Target as the local grocery store in town is extremely expensive.The property management company for this rental is extremely responsive and friendly. Our daughter was so sad that she had lost her dinosaur stuffie from the St. George Dinosaur Exploration Center, but the cleaning crew was able to find it and they're shipping it to our house. We are so thankful!All in all, we had an awesome time!

Annual Cycling Training Camp

House is great. Very useful kitchen is highly organized and well set up with bowls, utensils, etc. Easy access to cycling routes and to excellent Harmon’s grocery store.

Perfect Neighborhood

We’ll be back. The pools really make this place perfect. The check in wasn’t as smooth as I’ve had in the past. We had to request an entry code where normally it is easily accessible via the app. Close to Snow Canyon which was also a plus. We brought all the kids and Grandma and Grandpa and it was the perfect size for us.

Wonderful House - Amazing Pool

We had a great time - plenty of beds, room, dishes, and fully stocked kitchen. There are a lot of rules about what to do and how to check out (have to put laundry in and do dishes, take garbages out, etc.) so just heads up. But the location is amazing, the house is beautiful and my family really loved it.

beautiful home but needs some work

Overall it was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay however the internet and cable were terrible and there were a few things that needed to be fixed before we came. Carpet nails got us a few times in the living room, some utensils were not cleaned (knives in the block) and some of the games and toys were broken and unusable.

Great weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our family of four. Our teenagers could stay upstairs in their own space with the master on the main floor. Very nice decor and every little detail was thought of (Coffee filters, wine opener, plenty of dishwasher and washing machine pods, Shampoo, conditioner, soaps for the sinks). The house backs up to a baseball field so you do not have to look at other houses behind you. In the time of Covid, we decided to rent the house next-door for our extended family. The pool was uncomfortably crowded because it was Labor Day weekend, but we learned to go right at opening time and on Sunday to get a little bit of solitary time there. We would stay again. Thanks!

Very disappointing...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Paradise Village over a dozen times and this home was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. Dirty linens, broken and missing items, and overall really bad upkeep on this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family absolutely loved this house. Super clean and stylish. Great location and amenities. We needed to get out of our mountain snow and enjoy a few days by the pool. Unfortunately upon check in we noticed the pool access paddle wasn’t there. We called immediately and was told someone would be right over and bring it. Didn’t happen. Called again the next morning, same promise, but again no follow through. Between my husband and I we called probably 5 times during our few days stay. We never did get the pool paddle. All communication told us we wouldn’t be able to use the pools without this visible with us at the pools at all times. Huge disappointment. Somewhere there is a break in the communication chain. The customer service reps we spoke to were very nice & responsive on the phone. We just wanted what was promised to be delivered. If this is fixed we would certainly be giving 5 stars for all areas.

Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was in good condition but many items were not being taken care of such as: old ice cream was left on the counter, dryer vent was not attached, many items missing from the garage, most games had missing pieces, bug guy looked into the bedroom window while outback spraying, the drain the shower came off the screws are rusted, etc. just needs some better maintenance or it will go downhill.

Mother’s Day Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large family was able to book several units on the same street for our Mother’s Day weekend. It was great to all be so close. We had good times at the pool and at each other’s units. My unit was clean and everything was as it was advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the necessities for cooking, etc. I would stay here again if the chance arises.
