We will contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of arrival. Check-in and key collection take place at our offices in Portoferraio. We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it.

Charming 40 sq m open-plan apartment with parquet flooring, located on the second floor of a small building without an elevator, at the entrance to the town's restricted traffic zone (ZTL). It features a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a peninsula with a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, and a kettle. Inverter air conditioning. Bathroom with a window, shower, and bidet. Two terraces, one furnished for dining and one with a drying rack.
