This apartment is located in the center of Rotterdam, right on the vibrant Witte de Withstraat. With its lively mix of cafés, restaurants, galleries and nightlife, it offers an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment features 1 comfortable bedroom with double beds, a separate modern bathroom, a separate toilet and a sofa bed in the living room, making it suitable for up to four guests. The fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for a pleasant and convenient stay.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the premises except outdoor areas. If this rule is broken, a fee of €250 will be charged.
• Be considerate to the neighborhood community and neighbours.
• For any stains or damages made during your stay, additional charges will be applicable for cleaning or replacement.
• Please keep the volume to a minimum from 22:00 – 09:00.
• Strictly no parties or loud music.
• Furniture must be placed back in its original position upon departure. If housekeeping needs to move it, a €100 fee will be charged.
• Do not drill or stick items to walls or surfaces.
• Losing a key will result in an additional fee of €50.
