Monument View consists of a kitchen with a Range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and a twin with Smart TV, serviced by a ground-floor and first-floor shower room. Outside there is a front enclosed and rear non-enclosed patio with furniture with bike storage, plus ample off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Note: There will be a refundable deposit of £50 upon key collection at the property which will be refunded upon return of key fob at end of your stay. Please note: due to the heavy agriculture vehicles on the access road, please take care.

The local area is also filled with beautiful walks, ideal for hiking and birdwatching, with options including those at Selsley Common, Wortley Hill Holloway, Cam Long Down, and Wotton Hill.
