There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property. Please Note: this property no longer accepts pets, however, existing pets may remain at the property until the 2nd of October 2026.

The charming market town of Long Sutton is situated in South East Lincolnshire, close to the borders of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. The town is full of beautiful buildings including St Mary's Church, which dates from c.1170 and boasts the highest wooden spire in the country, and also some fine examples of Georgian architecture.
