Un décor professionnel avec une atmosphère résolument moderne et avant-gardiste qui vous distra presque de la majestueuse station balnéaire et de la vue sur la montagne dans cette nouvelle maison de ville impressionnante de Lakota Trailside avec spa privé.

Les planchers de bois franc vous mènent dans cette maison de ville chic où vous trouverez une mode futuriste complétée par le confort. Laissez-vous entraîner dans les canapés du salon devant la cheminée à gaz et laissez-vous divertir par le grand téléviseur à écran plat. Sortez sur le pont pour prendre l'air et admirez les vues à couper le souffle à 360 ° sur les sommets des arbres, la ligne de partage des eaux et le parc d'hiver.

La cuisine moderne a des comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière à gaz à cinq brûleurs, un four et beaucoup d’espace pour le travail d’équipe culinaire. Vous pouvez utiliser le gril à gaz privé situé sur le pont. We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside - the views of the hill from sun up to sun down were just spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed playing cards and watching the winter Olympics by the fire after a full day of skiing. We actually chose to walk up the hill to catch the shuttle and walked down the hill at the end of the day - a shorter commute overall.

Ski Trip Get-Away

Views and location were stunning. The house was beautiful and easy to get around. Our rooms were a great size. We came with two kids under the age of 3 so we needed extra room for their things and to run around. This house had all of that including a short walk up the hill to the bus stop that made accessing Winter Park that much easier.

Very nice accommodations with easy access to the slopes. We left very early every morning and were able to park in the free parking lot across the highway. The kitchen was very well designed and fit several people in it at the same time. It was also well appointed with most of what you would need with my only complaint being the poor quality of knives. There were also basic spices and a few other odds and ends, which was super helpful! I would definitely rent again.

This townhouse was perfect! The views, furniture, amenities were first class. Our townhouse was stocked with everything imaginable and unimaginable. Winter Park Lodging was a pleasure to work with. They followed up to make sure we were pleased and had everything we needed. I usually don't like to stay at the same place twice, as I like to experience different houses, but next time we go to Winter Park, Lakota Trailside 613 is the home we will stay in and Winter Park Lodging will be our booking company!

We like to cook meals after a day of skiing, The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have all the bedrooms in the lower level. We would recommend this home to family and friends.

Amazing Vacation Home!!!

I frequently travel for work and leisure and I can honestly say this is one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had! The customer service team was stellar from planning through booking and all the way to the end of our stay! If we needed anything it was taken care of right away. The home was immaculate with gorgeous views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels. The hot tub was ready with plenty of space of the 7 of us and a perfect addition we didn't know how much we would need after days of hiking and skiing. The heated floors kept us comfortably warm and the cozy fireplace was perfect. There is plenty of space to store your ski gear and winter clothes as well as a quick washer and dryer so you don't have to bring tons of clothes. As a bonus, the shuttle is just a short walk up the street to get to the resort and town if you do not want to drive. I could go on for a while, but it was just an outstanding experience overall and we are so glad we went with Winter Park Lodging.

Winter Park Spring Break 2020

This was our second year staying at a property managed by Winter Park Lodging Company and absolutely loved it. The rental was very clean

The rental was very clean when we arrived and well-stocked. Although we didn't have to call the rental company for anything, they were at our disposal if needed. Extremely nice property, directly across from the ski resort parking lot and unbeatable views of the ski mountain. You can stop looking for a property and start booking this one. Beautiful location with magical views

We spent a couple days here for our minimoon (short honeymoon) and the place is absolutely breathtaking! It was clean from top to bottom. The mountains are right outside of the window making great views from anywhere in the house, especially from the private hot tub. We were concerned with the price at first but it is absolutely worth every penny. MANAGER COMMENTS: Congratulations Jameka!
