The Space:

Garstang 2.3 miles. The Hamilton is a multi million pound development and is a grade 2 listed building which dates back to the 1600s. The development now consists of 6 high end luxury apartments in the main residence and three high end barn conversions to the courtyard. The majority of the original features have been kept and restored and which was a high importance to the British heritage report. This single-storey barn conversion has a studio-style layout with a king-size bed, free-standing bath, kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, and a shower room with sauna. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and communal washing machine, and for entertainment, there's a Smart TV. Outside there is a communal garden with lawned area, patio and picnic bench, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Whisk your loved one away for a romantic, Lancashire break at The Studio. Note: There is a step up from the kitchen area, up to the bath area; please take care.



The Neighborhood:

Garstang is a small town within the Wyre Borough of Lancashire, famous for declaring itself the world's first Fairtrade town. Known locally for its tasty home-grown produce, this small town offers a warm welcome and a wealth of specialist and individual shops where you can pick up a number of treats; don't miss the local cheesemongers for a wedge of fine Lancashire cheese! The street market is held every Thursday, another exciting shopping treat. Running right through the centre of the town is the peaceful Lancaster Canal, where you can watch the passing canal boats cruise by and enjoy the abundance of wildlife it supports. The nearby Millennium Green, an area situated on the western bank of the River Wyre, has actually been designated for wildlife conservation and events in the community. Admire the views over the Bowland Hills before enjoying a visit to the High Street, where you will find plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants in which you can enjoy the local hospitality, or visit the Braedens Pony Trekking Centre, which make for great family days out. The surrounding countryside provides great walking opportunities, whilst the RSPB nature reserves at Leighton Moss and Morecambe Bay are well worth a visit.
