They had no key for the room. You had to wait for someone to escort you to open your room! Still waiting for my refund.

The room was never cleaned while I was there, the sink leaked, no towels, broken drawers and furniture, nothing like the picture in the address. Very disappointing.

I'm an hour late to my check in and they tell me my room is still not clean so they give me another room in that room I see a bug. I end up booking another hotel all together. Do not go also the pictures did not match the hotel.

A totally inept group running the hotel. 1st room no refrigerator, 2nd room no microwave, 3rd room accepted. Hotel had an overall unkept, unsanitary odor. Pool was not available. Very poorly run, fire the staff, hire professionals and spend some money on upkeep. Raise the prices to offset your investment. I would not recommend staying there in its current state or management.

It was dirty. For a non smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking. Was cockroaches, was given no toilet paper had to go buy my own. Also, was there 3 days? We left early, but nobody ever checked on us. And we had two towels the whole time for 2 people. Ended up having to go buy some.Because the 2 that we had were hand towels. No washcloths or anything else. I will never in my life book with them again

When I arrived they couldn't make key cards for the room. I had to have someone from the front desk let me in the room every day. When I got into the room I was disappointed. The bed only had sheets on it. No blanket or comforter. I went and bought my own bedding. There was some toiletries but no toilet paper. Had to buy that also. The TV had no remote and wasn't able to use the time I was there. Overall it was not a good experience and needs to improve. I am requesting a 100.00 refund for the inconvenience.

We arrived at the hotel and were advised there was not a room dispute a reservation. The hotel associate advised’ ‘it happens all the time” my credit card has been charged and we were left scrambling to find another hotel. Horrible business practices

The hotel misrepresented their rooms through VRBO. They said they had a KingBedroom reserved for us and we paid for it. When we arrived they had formed us they had no King rooms and they cancelled our reservation. And yet we were still charged for the full reservation even though it was all a lie.
