This property was super clean. The view was awesome and the hot tub was perfect. The driveway is very steep but manageable. We had a great time.

It was nice & clean. The kitchen and living room were on the second level so you had to go up a lot of stairs. Just really needs some work. The porch is falling apart, the driveway and road leading up to it is straight up hill & scary. We had to tell every single car that would be there so they could get an individual parking pass which was inconvenient. You get 1 free pass for different things per day only 1 and it was hard to get too many hoops to jump through.

We understand how the multi-level layout and steep mountain roads may not be ideal for every guest, and we appreciate you mentioning that. We’re also concerned to hear about the condition of the porch and that has been addressed with our team. We know the parking pass process and attraction ticket system can feel inconvenient at times, especially when coordinating multiple vehicles but is necessary for all guests that stay in that gated community area. This cabin was a cozy and relaxing stay in the mountains. We noticed a leak under the kitchen sink, the property manager was prompt to have it corrected. Every interaction we had with staff was professional and kind. My family enjoyed this family friendly cabin. We also liked porch sitting on balcony. My husband even liked the car racing game, nostalgic for him. I think he had just as much fun as our son. We appreciate the owners being pet friendly, even had dog dishes, very thoughtful (although we brought our own). There is a little area down the driveway from cabin to the right and behind the cabin for potty breaks. We had a visitor during stay, my service animal warned me before I even heard or saw visitor coming. Mr black bear came down a trial it looks like he made to the L of the front of the cabin. He checked out the surroundings and went on his way. We stayed on balcony and watched from our distance, prepared to go inside if he came near house. Beautiful and clean mountain cabin for travelers with animals. I would like to add that the home does have noticeable markings inside. This did not affect our stay and as mentioned, the home was clean. I was told this home has always been pet friendly so I am certain the marks are from overtime. The cabin is up a mountain so the drive up is steep and parking at the cabin is not flat, as the driveway is steep also. There is enough space for two vehicles and area to turn around. Thank you for the memories and we will be back.

Great getaway!

This was a great cabin to stay in. We had such a good time staying here. Only drawbacks was the process of getting there/driveway (should have read the reviews) and the smell of the water (nothing can be done about well water). Overall a great stay - the host was extremely responsive and provided great customer service!

Nice cabin

The cabin itself was nice. It was clean but a bit more cramped than some of the others I have stayed in. The king-sized beds were a plus. The driveway was very steep: however; the neighborhood was great, not too far out from Pigeon Forge. All in all, we had a great vacation!

Very private and cozy

The cabin was very cozy and secluded. The drive up and driveway were very steep was the only complaint I could have. Otherwise the cabin was great.

Great Location

The cabin was clean and kitchen was set up with appliances. Location is perfect and close to everything. Driveway is steep, so be prepared. We saw a bear walk up the driveway which was cool.

Quick family getaway

We loved the property only downfall was the steep incline driveway which is normal for up in the mountains we even had bears on our front porch!

Game with a view

The only thing we hated was the road to get to the cabin and the driveway of the cabin! Other then that the cabin was fantastic!! We had a wonderful time there!

Daughter’s birthday weekend

It is as advertised. It was clean, good comfortable beds. It was a little tight for 9 people. Basement was really cold in winter and don’t go if there is a threat of snow unless you want to be stuck there,

Games with a view

The cabin needs some upgrades the floors are very creaky and the rocking chairs need to be replaced they could crumble at any moment. The location is very secluded and peaceful.

Great Place for Family Vacay

This property was nice, we stayed with family friends. The layout worked well as it was essentially three hotel rooms - one on each floor. The only reason for the 4 star was the fact that the house was either way to hot due to zero shades and way to cold at night. But if you know that going in maybe it wont be so unpleasant. Driveway was steap but managable. No bears thankfully!

Everything was clean and in good working order.However we did not use the games or the hot tub..The beds are very soft. It felt like I was being pulled down under the bed. I didn’t sleep well on them.The driveway is extremely steep. And the road up to the driveway is also steep. There was no level area to park, and getting in and out if vehicles was problematic.It is very private, and quiet at night. There were Daytime construction noises.It’s close to Pigeon Forge, and Townsend. Cades Cove was just 1/2 hour drive.

My 2nd time and looking for my 3rd one

I had the chance to go to this very same cabin about 3 years ago then moved out of TN. Took my parents back to meet the place and by accident, ended up renting the same cabin. And terrific because it was amazing. Great Views and fully equipped. Loved the place and will try to book it again for next year!

Family vacation

We had such a great time. The cabin is clean and decorated so cute. The kids enjoyed the video games and played for hours! I sat in the hot tub every night after long days of touring the area. The location is perfect, so conveniently located to all attractions. The only issue we had was with the very steep driveway. We were not expecting it and it was scary getting in & out. We made it without incident but it was very nerve wracking! Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay!
