Ayez votre goût incroyable du paradis à Loreto 80 - Mezquite, c'est une belle unité de studio confortable au coeur de Loreto. Il est situé sur la rue principale du centre-ville (rue calme), à côté de notre mission de Loreto et à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage. Vous allez adorer cuisiner dans votre cuisine ou travailler avec votre ordinateur portable tout en regardant par la fenêtre.
Vous pourrez admirer le mélange de décoration amusant entre contemporain et rustique avec de jolis détails mexicains.
C'est parfait pour les couples ou les voyageurs célibataires.

ESPACE:
Moins de 5 minutes de la place, des épiceries, des cafés, des planches, des restaurants, vous l'appelez. Les boutiques artisanales traversant la rue et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons le meilleur emplacement !! Loreto 80 propriété était une ancienne maison coloniale, qui a été restaurée et adaptée en petites unités. Le studio El Mezquite dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une cuisine spacieuse pour préparer de délicieux repas et les déguster sur la table à manger. La salle de bain est divisée, la douche a sa propre chambre privée, tout comme la salle de toilette. Lorsque nécessaire pour respirer de l'air frais, vous pouvez vous asseoir dehors sous la pergola. Une fois que vous entrez dans le studio, vous pouvez l'appeler à la maison.

APERÇU DU QUARTIER:
Loreto est une petite ville et nos studios sont situés dans le centre historique. Les rues pavées vous donnent cette atmosphère accueillante avec les "saludos" des habitants. Obtenez votre promenade du matin à la plage, en bas de la rue principale, et admirez le beau lever de soleil. Sur le chemin du retour, prenez votre petit-déjeuner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants. Besoin d'essayer les burritos au machaca ou aux haricots!

It was disappointing to arrive and not be able to access the unit, because I was given the wrong code for the lock. I spent over an hour trying to contact someone to help. The code on the Spanish language listing was correct, but not on the English listing. The physical amenities were excellent; the kitchen fully equipped, a wonderful shower, comfortable bed, BUT the noise from the adjoining cantina was not for everyone. Zapata's, known for live music, was very noisy. At least the music stopped at 10 pm. In spite of this, I really enjoyed this accommodation and its central location.

Thanks so much, Gene! I really appreciate your feedback. And yes, that one was on us we’ll definitely keep it in mind moving forward. The music from Zapata isn’t for everyone, but some guests who enjoy a more lively vibe have mentioned they liked it. It really comes down to personal preference.

My experience with this property was excellent. My studio was very clean, 10m walk to the beach. Many shopping and restaurants options are at walking distance and it’s a safe place.

Our stay was pretty average for when we come to Loreto except for the last couple of days where, one night the staff at Zapata's were signing at the top of their lungs to music as they were cleaning up and two nights in a row a neighbor dog barked all night long. This made is pretty difficult to get a goods night sleep.

Charming getaway

The studio was exactly what we needed for our short 3 day stay. Right at the center of all the shop’s & restaurants. Music from the bar next door was loud but it ends at a decent time. The studio was cute & clean with the exception of a few ants in the kitchen (easy fix) the only issue we encountered was the air conditioner was struggling to cool down the room. We got used to it and it did get cooler the following day. Might just need a little tune up. Bathroom & shower were clean and had what we needed. Note, the shower does not drain very fast so the shower pan fills up with water quickly. Check in was super easy & the host was quick to answer any questions that I had. We could not get the Smart TV to work but I did not let management know because we didn’t need it during our stay.

Perfect for single or couple, perfect location

Very new and clean apartment. Modern yet still feels 'Mexican'. Loved how it was decorated and the kitchen was well equipped and fully functional. I immediately felt safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the cobblestone pedestrian street, quiet at night and walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, the malecon, etc. The bikes were perfect for exploring the town. Solvin and her mother, Lucia, were very quick to respond and helpful when we needed anything (got the hot water fixed as quickly as possibly, brought a smaller bike for me, offered information, etc.). The only small drawback is lack of outdoor living space. We took the funky chairs outside in the afternoons to read and enjoy a beverage but we were basically sitting in the parking lot facing cars with no privacy whatsoever from the many people passing by. A rooftop patio would make this wonderful little studio even better! Still, was very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others as long as you are okay with no private outdoor living space.

Great beach bungalow...needs work

This is an excellent property, in a nice, safe, quiet part of the coast north of San Felipe. It is especially well suited for families. The unit is classic Baja brick, concrete and wood building. The furnishings are comfortable and pleasingly authentic. The place does, however, really need some infrastructure upgrades and maintenance. Essential plumbing repairs are in order. There is no hot water piped to either the kitchen or the bathroom sinks. In addition, the kitchen sink leaks, and the bathroom sink is inoperable. The floors need to be refinished and painted. Entry door mats should be provided outside the doors. The interior lighting needs to be renovated. throughout. More standing lamps, lighting over the kitchen and bathroom sinks is needed An operational information packet for guests would be most helpful as well. We found a bevy of remotes for the wall mounted AC/Heating. None of them operated any of the devices. The kitchenware is a haphazard mix of barely serviceable items. A rigorous review and renewal of all utensils and cookware is much needed. In short, the entire place needs a thorough going through. This home is home is a special place, and it deserves a bit of loving attention.

We had a wonderful stay in Loretto and were charmed by the city. The location of this apartment is right on Salvatierra which is the Main Street through town and mostly pedestrian only. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach, marina, and restaurants. The apartment is right next door to Zapata Cantina which had live music Thursday through Sunday while we were there. We did not mind and after dinner would come back for a cocktail on the front patio and listen to the music until it ended at 10:00. We would stay in this apartment again or the adjoining ones behind it as the location was wonderful!

I was born in California but my parents decided to move to Loreto when I was a teenager, ever since then Loreto has been my second home no matter what part of the world I am living in. We are nature lovers that enjoy outdoor activities and reading a good book at the beach. My mother being perminent in Loreto, is in charge of hosting our cozy, creative and conforting studios.

It was bought 20 years ago when the town had only 9,000people and we would sleep outside at the patios in summer. We were happy and free kids running on the dirt streets with an ice cream dripping.
