The Space: Our home blends traditional Mexican architecture and furnishings with modern comforts, offering a unique experience across three levels:
First Floor: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals; including a tortilla press, blender for margaritas, and all essential cookware. We’ve provide a Keurig coffee maker, so don’t forget to bring your favorite pods! • Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with seating for 8, a cozy family room, and office area perfect for catching up on work or planning your day’s activities. Step outside to a charming tiled courtyard featuring a peaceful fountain, table with chairs, and a large bench—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. • The first floor also offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and custom wood armoire, and the second with two queen beds. Two full bathrooms and a convenient laundry closet is also located on this floor.

Second Floor: • A stunning oversized terrace awaits, complete with a large dining area two seating areas where you can soak in the beauty of the Sea of Cortez and enjoy magnificent sunrises. This level also has a barbecue area and the main king bedroom and large bathroom.

Third Floor: • For the best views, the third level features a high-top table with seating for four and an intimate terrace area, perfect for spotting local wildlife and taking in the natural beauty of the region. You'll also have a view of the colorful homes of Loreto Bay along with the majestic Sierra de la Giganta mountain range.

Amenities
Kitchen: • Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. Oils, spices, and cleaning supplies are provided. Please note that you’ll need to make your own ice using store-bought water, and we’ll do our best to have water available upon your arrival.
Bathrooms: • Towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and toilet paper are provided. As with much of Mexico, the plumbing in Loreto Bay is delicate, so please dispose of toilet paper in the trash bins provided. Extra care should be taken to avoid overfilling the toilet.

Guests can enjoy several pools in the Agua Viva and Founders neighborhoods. Beach towels are provided. Additional Details • Bed linens and extra sheets are provided for your convenience. • Two bicycles are available for exploring. Please let the property manager know if any equipment is damaged or needs attention. • A secure entry code will be provided for easy access upon arrival.
Guest Access & Services • If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can arrange this with our manager for an extra fee. • Our manager is on hand to assist with any issues or repairs during your stay. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if accidental damage occurs, you will be responsible for repair costs.

Downtown Loreto is 7 minutes by car, and offers many fabulous restaurants. Be sure to stop in La Mision, The Mission of The Lady of Loreto, built approx. 1821.

Fishing boats are available with a captain from both downtown Loreto, or for something larger, at the yacht harbor at Puerto Escondido. You may also book activities through the Loreto Bay Inn at the end of the main road, The Paseo. Prices there are very competitive.
Loreto Bay lies about 5 minutes south of the Loreto Airport. Car rentals are available through Mex Rentacar, Europecar, Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, and a couple of others.

If you don't want to rent a car, Loreto Bay offers wonderful restaurants, from casual Mexican fare to Azul, for finer dining. There are grocery stores in downtown Loreto or small stores and bakeries in Loreto Bay.
Golf is available at the Local Loreto Bay Club, or for a higher level of golf, Danzante, about 30 minutes south by car.
