Ce condo de 518 pieds carrĂ©s avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes et se trouve au cƓur de River Run Village, Ă  quelques pas des restaurants, des magasins et des festivitĂ©s locales. Et vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  trois ou quatre minutes Ă  pied de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine Ă  grande vitesse.

L'entrée offre des crochets montés et un banc pour votre commodité lors des allées et venues tout au long de la journée. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat à cÎté d'un beau foyer au gaz et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. Les draps et couvertures supplémentaires sont dans un placard. Juste à cÎté du salon se trouve le balcon privé qui offre une vue sur la cour et les bains à remous communs.

La cuisine pleine grandeur est garnie de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle essentiels pour préparer un repas hors de la maison et dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. La salle de bain complÚte dispose d'un lavabo sur colonne et d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. The property itself is very nice. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We had two people. I would not have wanted additional people even though the couch would have been an ok bed. The company must use the same guidance book for each property, but some things, like midweek towel replacement, does not apply unless you go to the rental office. The property amenities were great and as advertised.

No hot water the first morning. Internet never worked. Change machine in the laundry room took my dollar and gave me no change. Everything else was ok. Location is great.

The location in River Run was great. Silvermill is an older building with worn carpet. The condo itself had new floors, a newer couch and bedroom furniture. However the couch is more of a show piece, not very comfortable. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and the sheets worn with staining. The bathroom sink is awkwardly short, the tub was stained and the towels had stains and were very worn and small.

Only negative is property is tired and worn out. Appliances are fine, but some of the furniture has seen better days and walls and baseboards are a little beat up. Overall cleanliness was ok but not great.

Great Getaway - Just Needs a Little TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We repeated a trip to this location similar to last year and found the condo to be clean and very presentable. However, we struggled with the kitchen faucet where first night it couldn't turn off and had to call maintenance to temporarily fix it. A new faucet is needed as the control handle had difficulty with temperature control and water flow. The coach cushions are very worn where the leather is now tearing - a replacement set would be a great investment into this property. Snow was excellent on the slopes and had no trouble getting out to enjoy skiing at Keystone all week.

Silver Mill stay

So nice being in walking distance of the lifts! We made all our own meal so it was nice having a well equipped kitchen. The roll-out bed was comfortable. Good piece of mind having a secure, protected garage handy to the room.

Nice unit

Check-in was pretty easy. The unit was better equipped than many, and the bed was nice. We've stayed in other River Run units that badly needed furniture updates - not a problem here. This is specific to the building, not this unit, but the ski lockers are undersized. Our locker would barely hold three sets of skis and poles, and nothing else. I don't know how a group larger than three could accommodate gear. Also specific to this building, the elevators move at a snail's pace, and the stairway exits are a little bit confusing.

Reviewer Comments: Nice apartment with all you need to live for a week, the only thing - I would change all pans to those one with non-stick teflon, as metal ones the apartment has - they are more healthy to cook, I get it, but the food is always gonna stick to the bottom, and it’s annoying. There are tons of board games in the apartment, all warm and cozy! The host is super attentive, always checked in how we are and if we need anything.

Great condo!

This unit was very conveniently located - in the village close to gondola. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. The unit and the building were well cared for and clean. The king size bed filled most of the bedroom and my wife who is 5'2" did not find it easy to get into it - we would have preferred a smaller bed and thus more room to put our stuff.

Quaint Spot

Nice spot for a group of 2. Stocked with everything you would need, very comfortable king bed in the room, nice size bathroom. Not ski in ski out but 2-3 minute walk to gondola. Would stay again.
