Havblikk 1 on Kalvaneset was completed in the fall of 2023 and can accommodate 11 people in four bedrooms and a loft. Large glass surfaces and a 35-square-meter terrace offer views of the sea and sunsets stretching beyond the horizon. Here you can rent boats and SUP boards, and after a day at sea, you can prepare your catch on the gutting table and grill.



Inside, you will find a well-designed kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and separate wine cabinet. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In the loft, you can play PlayStation 5, while the basement living room has an 85-inch TV screen for movies and relaxation. Wireless internet covers the entire rorbu.



The 35-square-meter terrace is sunny and perfect for dinners with a sea view. Here you can enjoy your own catch from the grill as the sun sinks towards the horizon. The area has four parking spaces and is located a short distance from the main road.



Bekkjarvik is three minutes away by car or boat. Here you will find shops, a liquor store, a guesthouse, a burger bar, a library, and a rose garden. The Mirabelle restaurant is run by world-renowned chef Ørjan Johannessen. You can climb the sherpa stairs to Kongsen for views of Selbjørn and the North Sea, or play soccer and sand volleyball on the courts in Bekkjarvik.
