From the living room, you have panoramic views of the sea to the west and north, and the mountains to the south. Sunny terraces surround the entire house.



Inside, it is open and bright, with large windows that let nature in. Overhangs above the terrace keep the room cool in summer, while the winter sun provides lovely warmth. The bedrooms have double sliding doors, so you can wake up to birdsong and sea air.



The terraces follow the sun around the house throughout the day. The morning terrace has sun until the afternoon, the south terrace from morning to evening, and the west side until sunset. Here you can enjoy the sun as long as it is up. The garden invites you to relax and enjoy the outdoors in beautiful surroundings.



Take a walk up to Rømmen, or explore the trails towards the sea at Vallersund. Ørland municipality offers countless hiking trails and day trip destinations. Visit Austrått Castle and stroll in the park. In winter, the starry sky and northern lights are fascinating, while the midnight sun lights up June and July.
