This newly built cottage, completed in 2022, offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and proximity to Sweden’s southernmost tip. With its impressive ceiling height and thoughtful design, the cottage provides a bright and airy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with lovely high ceilings. The bedroom features a built-in bunk bed suitable for both adults and children, and the modern bathroom has comfortable underfloor heating for added comfort. There’s room for four around the dining table.



The spacious 30-square-meter deck is perfect for both relaxation and outdoor dining, with sun from lunchtime until sunset. You have access to a private garden of approximately 1,000 square meters with a playhouse and sandbox for the little ones.

The hosts live on the same property, but there is plenty of space for privacy.



From the cottage, you can easily reach Smygehamn’s charming town center and Sweden’s southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Here you’ll find cafés, shops, and a historic merchant’s house hosting art exhibitions. The local swimming spot with its pier is just a short walk away, and if you’re looking for more sand under your feet, there’s a beautiful sandy beach just an 8-minute drive away.
