On the large south-facing terrace, the lake is close at hand. Here you might be lucky enough to spot the big fish as they rise to the surface and form rings on the water. Below the terrace, the plot slopes down towards the lake and invites you to sunbathe on a blanket on the grass. In the nearby forest, you can pick edible mushrooms in the fall. Bring them back to the cottage and make a delicious lunch while the kids drink hot chocolate in front of the wood-burning stove.
