Your retreat consists of a main house and a separate guest house on a 1,800 m² property with private lake access. The modern amenities, the panoramic view of Lake Schaal, and your own boat dock make this place truly special.



One of many highlights: An electric motorboat is available for your use in the thatched boathouse. From the dock, you can enter the lake directly via either a classic steel ladder or a comfortable wooden staircase.



The 80 m² living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the house. Five bedrooms provide space for the whole family. The well-thought-out layout and contemporary furnishings create a thoroughly pleasant atmosphere.



Spacious terraces invite you to linger. The boules court with a lake view, the barbecue area, and the private sauna offer plenty of variety. With the electric motorboat, you can explore the lake entirely on your own.
