There are three bedrooms on the upper floor and two more on the ground floor, some with direct access to the terrace.



The smaller apartment, with 120 square meters and three bedrooms, is a wonderful retreat for those seeking a little peace and quiet. Both apartments feature high-quality materials, elegant bathrooms, and an open-plan design that creates an exclusive feel-good atmosphere.



On the 40 m² terrace, you can enjoy the evening sun while barbecuing. The fenced garden offers safety for the little ones and four-legged friends. A special highlight for everyone is the historic barn on the ground floor: here you can burn off energy with a game of table tennis or safely store your bicycles.



The surrounding area invites the whole family to enjoy adventures: take a dip in the clear Schlei river after a jog through Sieseby or relax on the wide sandy beaches of Damp. The town of Kappeln and picturesque Arnis offer cultural experiences. And when the day comes to an end, warm up in the private sauna and round off the evening by the crackling fireplace.
