Family summer house with retro style in Højby Lyng

Welcome to our cozy cottage in Højby Lyng. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature, while you have the opportunity to observe both squirrels and deer from the living room. The house is decorated with a lovely combination of new furniture and retro teak furniture, which gives it a very special atmosphere.



The house is 45 sqm and contains a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a kitchen area. The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed and the annex can accommodate 2 more people. The kitchen is the focal point of the house, where you can cook, cozy up by the wood-burning stove and watch a good movie if the weather is rainy. Outside, a large private garden awaits you, where you can barbecue on the wooden deck, build a fire, jump on the trampoline or play a game of kings. If the sun is shining, grab your bikes and in 5 minutes you'll be at one of the best sandy beaches in the world.



There is plenty to do in the area around the cottage. In the harbor town you can buy fresh and smoked fish, have a nice lunch or enjoy a cup of coffee. There are also farm shops nearby where you can buy seasonal vegetables and fruit or pick your own strawberries. In Lumsås, Højby and Nykøbing you will find good shopping opportunities.
