Inside, the house reflects its age, with warm timber walls, lovely traditional elements, beautiful interior choices that pay homage to the house's history and the low ceilings typical of the period. Here you have everything you need to enjoy a lovely getaway in a truly beautiful setting. The décor is unique and personal, with exciting design elements such as the beautiful mustard yellow bathroom and the kitchen table that is probably as old as the house.



Sokndalstrand, which is the area around the cabin, is a protected "charging station". Here you will find many great nature experiences for young and old, with the opportunity to experience Helleren in Jøssingfjorden, the Brufjell caves, Lista lighthouse, Lysstøperiet in Byrkjedal, Månafossen, Lysefjorden, Trollpikken, Tronåsen, Via Ferrata Migaren and Gamle Jærbanen.
