All on one level, on entering the property from the hallway you walk in to a cosy sitting/ dining room, with a Smart television, dining table seating three and doors leading to the fully-enclosed, secure courtyard, a space which is ideal for al fresco dining as the sun goes down. A well-equipped kitchen is also off the main entrance hallway. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed and en-suite shower, and a double in bedroom two. There is a family bathroom with a bath. There is also parking for one car in the driveway.
