Cottage de caractère classé Grade II dans la ville côtière de Wells-Next-The-Sea

Hebe Cottage a été rénové à un niveau élevé tout en conservant de nombreuses caractéristiques d'époque et est équipé pour assurer un séjour confortable. Il se compose d'un grand salon lumineux et décloisonné composé d'une cuisine et d'un salon. Deux chambres sont situées au premier étage pouvant accueillir un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et des lits jumeaux dans la seconde. La salle de bain comprend une douche dans la baignoire et il y a un vestiaire en bas. A l'extérieur, les clients peuvent profiter du jardin isolé de la cour face à l'ouest où vous pouvez trouver la caractéristique brousse Hebe qui a donné son nom au cottage. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, cuisinière et réfrigérateur-congélateur. En plus d'un téléviseur numérique intelligent HD avec chaînes gratuites, il y a un lecteur DVD Blu-ray et WiFi. Une sélection de jeux familiaux traditionnels et de DVD pour enfants est également fournie pour les jours de pluie. Le chauffage central, les draps et les serviettes (une baignoire et une serviette par personne) sont inclus dans le prix de location du chalet.

Great location, easy walk to anywhere in Wells. Cottage had everything we could want.Liz gave us some great ideas for restaurants. If you get the chance Sunday roast atThe Globe Inn was delicious. The Bowling Green Inn was also amazing, had the sea bass, so good.Would love to go back another time.

Lovely cottage

Hebe Cottage was absolutely delightful. It was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. It was in such a convenient location and we always found parking a short walk away. When we come back to the area we would love to stay there again.

We had a terrible start to our holiday: when we arrived it was evident that cottage hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay - old damp towels over the bath, dirty carpets, food on the table, bed linen not changed etc. Luckily the property manager came within half an hour and sorted it out. It would have been nice if he’d apologised though for the inconvenience but that didn’t happen. Other than the bad start, cottage was comfortable and we loved the courtyard garden and location was spot on. Easy to park the car too. My husband is over 6 foot so found the headroom for shower challenging! He also found the basin too small so used the kitchen sink to shave. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use oven etc.

Lovely cottage

Very well situated for all amenities, well furnished and comfortable. The only thing we did not like were the spiral stairs, but maybe because we are pensioners. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Nice sized cottage for a 2 bed property. Worked well as a base for myself and teenage girls who wanted to have some independence due to wverything being within alking disrance.

Hebe cottage is a great lo action to stay as a base. Compact but mors than enough spa e for the two of us. Wells is a beautiful location and great for walks and my nature photography.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It was no problem finding a parking space near the cottage. It's only a short walk into town where you can find lovely little shops with local and unique products. The only thing we missed was some seat cushions for the garden chairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It is "hebe" cottage!

Fantastic stay in perfect cottage for us. Loved the courtyard - so pretty and a suntrap. Excellent location close to shops and quay, and never a problem finding a parking spot. Very excited to see several muntjac near the church! Would strongly recommend.

Hebe Cottage is owned by Liz and James. We fell in love with Wells and North Norfolk and followed our dream of owning a cottage there. We bought Hebe Cottage in November 2014 and have enjoyed furnishing it as well as staying there as we prepare to welcome guests. We have two young children, hence our experience of Norfolk is from a family perspective, however we are looking forward to learning more as the family grow up. We hope you enjoy Hebe Cottage as much as we do!

We chose Hebe Cottage because of its proximity to the stunning beach at Wells.

As a family we have spent a lot of time cycling to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the local attractions. There are a huge number of events taking place throughout the year so it is also worth while checking out what's on before booking.

We are constantly surprised by the quality and number of places to visit; it really is a very special place.

We love the fact that we can walk to shops, high quality restaurants and even the beach.

The cottage is light and airy with a beautiful outside space meaning that we can enjoy evenings bbq-ing in the sun. It's rare in Wells to find such a secluded space at the heart of the town.
