The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Marengo - The Heim, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter. The property features thoughtfully designed interiors, a private balcony, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for business or leisure. This apartment sleeps up to six guests.



Kitchen & dining area

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper, as well as washing up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine capsule, sponge, dish cloth and two bin liners.

There is a six-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends.



Bedrooms

There are two king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout blinds and a wardrobe for storage.



Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms, each featuring a modern rainfall shower. We provide bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



Living area

The living area features a smart TV and opens onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture - a great spot to unwind after a day exploring the city.



Sofa bed

The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team, who are on hand to arrange the sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking

This property is located in Manchester's Northern Quarter, placing you within walking distance of the city's central bar, restaurant, and retail district. There is a public car park located on Lomax Street, M1 2GD.



Please note that as this property is situated within a city centre apartment building, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.



Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!), and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or £40 a non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

The property is located in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, within walking distance of some of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. A public car park is conveniently located on Lomax Street, M1 2GD. Charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, we do not manage the building and can not be held responsible for any maintenance issues in the building's communal areas.



If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment.
